The staff was very helpful in getting us a wonderful sunset cruise last minute. The location is not as convenient as other hotels as it is a bit of a walk to Oia Caldera shops and restaurants. The room was so small. The shower and toilet and the rest of the room is all right there. You are going to have to shower in front of whomever you are traveling with - no privacy whatsoever. They did a very good (misleading) job on pictures on their website.

Staff were very attentive, the manager (Despina) in particular would ensure we were being provided everything we should. She would also provide frank and honest advice/guidance as to where to eat, drink and visit which was appreciated. It’s located around a 10min walk from Oia (main shopping/restaurant ***** area). The hotel is surrounded by stunning mature gardens. It’s located 1min walk to the main road for direct link to transport and an adjacent footpath that leads towards Oia for more scenic route. Very quiet setting, never felt overlooked (something that could be a issue in other parts of Finika/Oia), room was great with split pool/jacuzzi (cleaned every morning), clean and well maintained. We were able to see the sunset from pretty much every corner of the hotels grounds, a good amount of comfortable seating areas to sit and enjoy. Breakfasts - fresh, authentic and plenty of food available if desired. Always on time and accommodated earlier than usual breakfast due to an early transfer pick up to sailboat, which was appreciated. Views complimented the food. Would highly recommend staying here.

Nice, clean, good view, fairly close to Oia, breakfast was nice, staff are friendly. The manager Despina helped me with booking excursions, late checkout, getting my phone back after I dropped it in a transfer and was on the ball when the islands water/electric started to play up. We had the room with the rooftop balcony/jacuzzi which had everything we needed. It’s not super luxury but definitely more like a 3.5 - 4* than a 2* which it only has because it’s a B&B. I can see why it’s got so many 4-5* reviews online. Also, was nice that they’ve installed cast devices and smart TVs so you can watch all your shows/ play your music from your tablet / phone.

Amazing hotel in Oia, Santorini. All staff were very attentive and pleasant. The room was perfect and very comfortable. We saw the best sunset of our lives. It is a 15-minute walk from the center of Oia. I would choose this hotel again without a doubt!!

From the first second we arrived at the hotel, the service was absolutely amazing! Extremely attentive staff, always friendly and in a good mood - you can see its a good team that likes their job. Room was amazing and very comfortable. Breakfast was extremely good, with surprinsingly good coffee. Plus we had the most amazing view of the sunset from the main pool. Would never book any other hotel near in Oia than this.

Hôtel idéalement situé entre les 2 villes principales de l’île : Oìa (5 minutes en voiture) et Fira (20 minutes en voiture) Hôtel à taille humaine car composé d’une dizaine de chambres Accueil agréable de la part du monsieur qui parlait français Chambre cosy et très propre Piscine privée très agréable Petit déjeuner complet et copieux Points à améliorer : Le personnel qui n’est pas toujours agréable (premier jour nous avons attendu au bar pour prendre un verre et manger un petit plat, il n’y avait que nous mais nous avons attendu que les personnes du bar veuillent bien nous servir ou au moins nous saluer) et les plats sont très excessifs en prix sachant que c’est du congelé ! Vous devriez revoir votre bar et snack ! 18€ le club sandwich congelé c’est limite… de même pour les boissons dans le mini bar personnel (4,50€ la mini bouteille d’eau c’est inadmissible) La femme de ménage était très agréable et à nos petits soins. Grand merci à elle. Sinon lieu agréable et calme

If you are looking for a place close to Oia but also needs some privacy. Sophia Hotel is the place needs to be. Its perfect for couple who wants to have a romantic gateaway and rooms have there own blanch pool or jacuzzi. Staff are very friendly and helpfull and always have a smile on there face. Breakfast is very tasty as well. Room are super clean and room service does a good job everyday. Overall me and husband had an amazing time. I will definitely recommend people as its just 10 mins away from Oia and also have amazing view. Thank you all for amazing experience.

Lovely hotel and location. Perfect spot in Finikia close enough to walk into Oia. Staff were really nice, the hotel is quite small (10 rooms / suites) I think, so most of the time we had the main pool area to ourselves. Breakfast was really nice. Can’t think of any negatives really. We would definitely consider staying here again.
