What an amazing place . Rooms are beautifully designed and in perfect condition . Breathtaking views from room pool . In room breakfasts are real festival. Staff is one of the best I’ve seen worldwide including Chris who pleasantly runs the fly away hotel restaurant, responsive and helpful front desk , cleaners, just everyone. It feels like you’re at home . Super recommended!

West East Suites is one of the most amazing places I have stayed! West East Suites is about 0.8 miles from the center of Imerovigli and located between Fira and Oia in Santorini. During your stay at West East Suites you will experience both the sunrise and sunset from one location! This location is breathtaking and you won’t have to go though crowded areas to experience the beauty of the Santorini Sunrise and the famous Sunset. You will be able to experience it from the balcony with the pool, your room and/or the FlyAway Creative Restaurant. The room was amazing! We had Breakfast in our room (one day at the restaurant). We loved the private heated pool with a spectacular view. The delicious FlyAway Creative Restaurant was steps outside of our room. The views were incredible. There was also easy access to the coastal walkway! West East Suites was wonderful the place is beautiful! I have to say the staff made our stay! You can feel the kindness and genuine positivity from them! The team at West East Suites make you feel like family! Effie and Fay welcomed us right away with kindness, smiles, chilled towels and delicious, refreshing lemonade upon our arrival and after our travels it was exactly what we needed! They went out of their way for us the entire stay and set us up with the best wine tour on the island. The FlyAway Creative Restaurant is delicious. The views are not only unbelievable, they are truly unforgettable regardless of rain (it rarely rains in Santorini but just in case, you have reservations 🙂) or shine it is beautiful! The Staff are amazing! Chris was the best! His kindness, knowledge, professionalism and passion for his profession shine through. Chris shared his knowledge of wine, assisted us in choosing the perfect wine and blew us away! We were also able to meet the owners who were just as kind! Book here! You will love your stay and most importantly your memories!

Séjour de rêve ! Hôtel extraordinaire ! L’accueil est fabuleux, toute l’équipe est aux petits soins et fait que le séjour est inoubliable ! Nous avions la chambre 6 avec jacuzzi chauffe et vue imprenable sur la caldeira. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits pour notre lune de miel, à notre arrivée la chambre était décorée avec des bougies et des pétales de roses et on nous a servi des mignardises et du vin local. L’hôtel est idéalement situé car à l’écart, ce qui permet tranquillité et repos Les petits déjeuners et le restaurant sont exceptionnels et le service de haute qualité. L’ensemble de l’équipe parle un anglais parfait. Nous recommandons à 100%

Our stay at West East Suites really couldn’t have been any better. We went for our anniversary and upon checkin were told we’d been upgraded - the room was absolutely gorgeous, with an outdoor hot tub and caldera views. Staff are all wonderful and so helpful, and the hotel is beautiful and spotless. There were so many lovely touches that we appreciated so much, like a little gift upon checkout and snacks in the room upon arrival. Food at the restaurant is truly sublime. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had, so fresh and so much choice. Dinner at the Fly Away restaurant was incredible - on the expensive side but worth it (order the cod!) The infinity pool is lovely, and the hotel is in the perfect location for walking - we enjoyed walking to Fira and Oia each day. We can’t wait to return! Thank you for such a wonderful week away.

This hotel is away from the charming but extremely busy towns of Thira, Oia or Imerovigli albeit only a short walk from the latter. Yet it still enjoys the classic caldera views and a premium sunset viewing venue. It's small and boutique in style and very modern. The Fly Away restaurant is one of the best on the island and all staff (emphasise all) were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotels with classic Santorini views are not cheap but this is not at the top of that scale by any means. Most if not all of the rooms have terraces and tubs/pools but many are not that private (the exec suites seem the most discreet) if that is what you are looking for. Recommended

No idea how they got so many 10 ratings. Stayed in a suite with the smallest bathroom and sink i have ever seen. Many things broken or loose. Restart was great food and service. Lastly do not get any recommendations from front desk. They have deals with the transportation company and other providers. I.e. airport with their company $65. Every other transport 35. Dune buggy 150, book yoursel 100

Bonjour, J’hésite souvent à publier des avis négatifs. Je préfère en parler de vive voix à la réception mais lors de cette expérience, je n’ai pas eu l’impression d’être entendu. J’ai informé la conciergerie dès mon arrivée que nous n’étions pas satisfait de la prestation et du manque d’intimité. J’ai fait de même à notre départ. Le manque d’intimité! Nous avions pris la suite royale et celle ci est cerné par les sentiers qui mène au restaurant. De plus, l’insonorisation est inexistante. Je trouve inadmissible à ce prix de ne pas avoir de double vitrage aux fenêtres, surtout à la vue de la proximité avec la route. Le robinet des wc n’était pas fixé. Les chaises du salons abimées… Conclusion, nous sommes très déçu. Cordialement
