阿斯塔特套房飯店(Astarte Suites)

Do not stay at this property, what they say on the website is very misleading. They are in the middle of nowhere, they are not in walking distance of any place. The closest place to this property is at least 20 minutes Drive. On the website it said it’s closed Oia city but it’s not it’s about 40 to 45 minutes Drive. The Hotel is built on a cliffhanger and it’s so windy that you can’t get out of your room to enjoy the view and can’t even leave your door open. The property is so outdated and not clean there are bugs everywhere. The door to the rooms still uses an ACTUAL KEY with Key hole NOT Key Card. The Wi-Fi does not work and it keep saying no internet. Their TV didn’t work. Also we asked for a Do Not Disturb sign for our room and they didn’t have it. We asked them that while we are not there no one should enter our room but they did go to our room for even the short time that we were not there and my iPad is missing and got stolen.

Idéalement situé à l’abri de la foule des touristes débarqués des mega bateaux de croisière. Les villes sont toutes accessibles à moins de 30mn. La suite de 90m2 permet d’avoir beaucoup d’intimité avec une vue extraordinaire sur le la caldera avec sa grande piscine et et son jacuzzi. Un personnel très agréable et toujours disponible. Le restaurant gastro est très bon et offre une vue splendide.

Terrible experience trying to reach the hotel and when I finally did reach them it was past the cancellation time and they charged me the full amount without any flexibility for being hospitalized with Covid.

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο και εξαιρετικό δωμάτιο! Εμείς διαμείναμε στην Astarte Suite with Spa Bath, Infinity Pool & Caldera View σουίτα, η οποία ήταν καταπληκτική τόσο εσωτερικά όσο και στους εξωτερικούς χώρους, με αποκορύφωμα την υπέροχη θέα στο ηφαίστειο αλλά και μέχρι το άλλο άκρο όπου βρίσκεται η Οία! Το πρωινό σερβίρεται στο δωμάτιο την ώρα που επιλέγεις εσύ και έχεις να διαλέξεις ανάμεσα σε μια πλούσια ποικιλία απο πιάτα, τόσο αλμύρα όσο και γλυκά, όπου αν κάτι από αυτά σου άρεσε πολύ, μπορείς να το ξανά παραγγείλεις! Το προσωπικό είναι πλήρως καταρτισμένο, ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει. Καθότι είχαμε πολύ πρωινή πτήση και φτάσαμε στο νησί πάρα πολύ νωρίς, είχαμε ζητήσει αν είναι εφικτό και κατόπιν διαθεσιμότητας να κάνουμε check-in νωρίτερα, όπως και έγινε έχοντας έτσι τη δυνατότητα να μπορέσουμε να ξεκουραστούμε απευθείας από το ταξίδι. Αν αναζητάς ένα μέρος για πλήρη χαλάρωση και αναζωογόνηση, μακρυά από από τα πολύβουα, εμπορικά σημεία του νησιού, τα οποία έχουν και πλήρη έλλειψη απο 'privacy', τότε το Astarte Suites Hotel, είναι η ιδανική επιλογή!

Une lune de miel inoubliable ! Un charmant hôtel que je recommande vivement! Georges le directeur est à votre écoute ainsi que tout son cast member Kostas, Katerina, Anastasia ! Nous avons réservé 1 semaine et pris la chambre avec piscine débordement et jacuzzi c'était super. Mois idéal pour y aller temps agréable ! Les grecs sont vraiment très accueillants Peut-être revenir pour nos 5 ou 10 ans de mariage comme à dit Georges....

The steps. Oh, the steps!! The many steps down to the property are significant & remember you have to negotiate the climb back up to the entrance every time you wish to leave. If you have mobility issues of any kind, whatever your age, then this hotel is a huge challenge. There is no mention in the hotel description of what issues you may face upon arrival. This place is beautiful, just not for the faint hearted.

Everything was amazing.. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They really took care of us.
