This is a very cute hotel and has amazing views from any room. We were welcomed by Nick and he was very attentive and helpful. We had the suite with a private pool. Our bed was comfortable! The bathroom and closet were downstairs however there was a half bathroom in the bedroom and that helped at night. We we handed waters and towels every night, unsure if they had turn down service. We arranged through the hotel: transportation from Airport and to the Ferry. A private boat tours and a car private tour. They also arranged a beach bed at the Seaside Beach Club and had a great time. They were also very helpful to get transportation each night for dinners. The breakfasts were included and it was all really good, fresh and delicious. The hotel is away from the craziness of crows from Oia (15 min cab) and about 30-minute walk to Fira. In the morning we walked to Fira and watch the beautiful sunrise! bring all you flat shoes, lots of walking. The Gym is small but has almost everything. We did a couples massage after a long day in a private tour and it was super relaxing! The day we left to Mykonos they arranged our transportation and little did we know they had a private lounge in the Port. It has A/C, drinks, clean bathrooms, etc. While everybody was waiting in the line to get in the ferry, we were some of the first ones to get in and they helped us to get our luggage to the ferry, all we had to do was to get in our seats. The staff there was really attentive. What an amazing experience. Thank you Andronis!

Our group of 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids ages 11 - 16) stayed 3 nights at the Andronis Concept Wellness Resort. We booked the Olympus Room, a 4 bedroom suite, that has 2 outdoor and 1 indoor plunge pool. The location, food and the outstanding customer service were the highlights of this hotel for our group. The hotel is located near the town of Imerovigli and the view is absolutely incredible. The location is right on the walking path between Fira and Oia. It was definitely away from the hustle and bustle of Fira where all the cruise ships unload thousands of people, and away from the crowds of Oia, where crowds of people go to watch the sunset, yet those destinations were easily accessible if you want to go there. We walked to Fira a couple of times during our stay to go shopping and have lunch. Fira is about a 30 minute walk from the hotel. We used the hotel car service to get to Oia (it is about a 2 hour hike from the hotel). The sunsets from the hotel are the most beautiful I have ever seen in the world, and we had a beautiful view right from the pool on the top floor of our suite. There is also an incredible view from the hotel’s restaurant Throubi. The food at Throubi was outstanding. Our breakfast every morning started with an incredible bread basket of warm croissants, biscotti, muffins, etc. There was also a great yogurt bar buffet, which I personally appreciated. The breakfast menu had an impressive selection that would suit all palates. The dinner at Throubi was outstanding. We have eaten at Michelin star restaurants, and the food at Throubi was on the same level. Every single dish we had was presented beautifully, and even more importantly, tasted delicious. The combination of flavors and the quality of the ingredients in every dish were superb. The servers were very pleasant and we had a truly memorable sunset dinner at this restaurant. The spa at the hotel is fantastic and worth mentioning. It is beautiful inside and the massage therapists were all very good. The spa personnel were very accommodating and spent a lot of time making sure our spa experience was what we wanted. Where we really feel like this hotel shined was in their customer service. You can tell that every employee at the hotel is well trained. We had a bit of a rocky start with our room, but Kostas, the general manager at the hotel truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the ultimate experience in Santorini. How a hotel handles customer service issues can really make a difference in your overall impression, and the Andronis Concept did not disappoint us - they really understand outstanding customer service. The only real negative of the hotel is something the hotel can’t really change. The layout of our room was very strange - there is very little privacy within the 4 bedroom suite as you need to walk through bedrooms to get to other parts of the suite. We had one of our best moments on the island..The location of the hotel has the best view by far. Very kind and attentive staff as well as great tasting food!!! Well done to the entire restaurant team!!!

We stayed in this property in September. Probably the best sunset view in Santorini. The hotel is located in imerovigli but there is a free shuttle service and in 15 min you are in the centre of Oia. Breakfast was amazing and many thanks to all the staff restaurant so helpful particularly with our children. The rooms are quite comfortable but they can be more practical especially concerning the wardrobes. A bit small in my opinion. Reception was attentive and we enjoyed the big pool facing the sunrise side of the Island. A particular thanks to Giorgio (from Italy) that made our check in very quick after a tireless trip. He was so helpful to organise the best restaurants option on the island, even he came to the restaurant in Oia checking if everything was fine. Really appreciate for his kindness and professionalism. We couldn't ask a better concierge service. Don't miss the catamaran cruise, one of the best experience we had on the island!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Looks nice but it’s all a facade. Not clean. Horrible service. This property has major plumbing issues. Unthinkable smells. Not a wellness resort at all. The food isn’t fresh. Service quality is poorly. Waitresses and waiters would get frustrated at our gluten allergy. Only positives were the car service and location. We stayed in the Theater room on Sept 20 and had to submit a request to move because the entire room smelled like human poop from the downstairs bathroom plumbing. It was CLEARLY a known issue and they booked us for that room anyways which is incredibly unethical. I bet they’re still booking folks to that room now. We paid $4K USD for a 3 night stay to enjoy the Santorini view of the Caldera but were moved to a larger room (which we didn’t want) without a view. (Room was called Pyr) The bathroom on the right side of Pyr also had a similar plumbing issue/ smell but not as bad as the first room. One of the beds has ants in it upon check in. The poop smell arises around different parts of the property even when you’re walking through hotel hallways. We then were asked to move again on our third and final day. At check out we had them store our luggage for later in the day. They picked up our bags/purses, put tags on them and left them in the lobby. I watched in disbelief waiting 15 min to give them a chance to put it away. I ended up having to ask them again to put it somewhere private. There are definitely other places at the same price point that would be much better to book. Never coming back here again & absolutely do not recommend.

Amazing staff the moment we set foot at the entry lobby. We sat down and planned our entire stay , ask for George ! Everyone is hard working and provide an amazing experience. We came for our wedding anniversary and stayed in the Heroes cozy Suite ć private infinity pool and it’s heated ! Such a great design clean and modern look yet simple . The burger from room service was made to order and delicious ! Snack . Breakfast dinning staff were hardworking people . Very professional. Amazing stay complete worth the cost ! Oía and Fira great places we visited . We are at Lacybetus in oía degustación menu on cliff absolutely spectacular . Can’t say enough in this review . Hit me up if u need more Info we’re from LA

Tout simplement exceptionnel, la vue est à coupler le souffle, la suite avec la piscine est superbe. Personnel au petit soin, qq parle très bien le français et est adorable. Que dire des petits déjeuner, un choix juste incroyable. L'espace piscine du spa est aussi magique, très belle piscine à débordement. Seul regret, nous aurions aimé dîner au restaurant un soir, mais vraiment hors budget pour nous. Nous recommandons vivement ce complexe . Ah oui, nous avons eu quelques petits cadeaux lors du départ, le must de l'accueil je trouve 😃

I don't usually write reviews, but Andronis definitely deserves a 5 star rating. My wife and I loved the hotel, from the pool in the room, to breakfast each morning, to the views of the island and its proximity to Imerovigli. If you want to come to Santorini and relax a bit, while still being able to opt in to Oia or Fira as we wanted, I cannot recommend Andronis enough. They run a shuttle each evening from the resort into Oia which is very helpful to save on transportation. The service every day was great - from picking us up at the airport, to all the folks we interacted with each day, to the thoughtful gift bag we received at checkout. If you take a ferry from the old port to leave Santorini (as we did) they also have a VIP area that proved really helpful where we waited in the AC, had waters, and avoided the sun. Cannot recommend Andronis Concept highly enough.
