聖保羅花園希爾頓嘉悅裡飯店(Canopy by Hilton Sao Paulo Jardins)

Nothing to complain about this hotel… good service and location. The lobby area is ok

Love everything about the hotel. Nice modern and clean suite and dining area. Their extra chill space on the top floor should have more chairs or lounge chairs for those who would like to relax at the hotel would be my only feedback. Otherwise, friendly and welcoming staff - however I do find it odd that even checking out, although when there is a lot of staff around, none helped with putting our luggages to our Uber. That extra gesture would give us a more memorable impression.

Very nice and modern hotel in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Breakfast was very good and the staffs specially the gentleman at the reception Renato made check in very easy for us. He patiently answered our questions along with helpful tips for our visit at Sao Paulo. Hotel is located in one of the best and safest neighborhood, walkable and close to everything.

I always try to stay at Canopy Hilton properties whenever I travel, and because of the quality that I know I’m going to receive. I have stayed at 6 different Canopy locations to date, however, this facility felt little short, or was my least favorite canopy that I’ve been to this far. For instance, there was limited dining and limited menu, and some thing a simple as a burger. I had to ask them to make, and it was quite difficult. Another instance is when I asked reception for the signature, orange canopy, socks, and robe, the receptionist asked what level Hilton member I am. I didn’t know I had to be a certain level of a member. I thought it was standard because I’ve always received the orange socks in the room. Nonetheless, I still received the robe and socks, but the exchange did leave a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully, this property can improve in the future but I’m not gonna give up on all canopy hotels just yet.

O hotel é incrível. Muito bem localizado. Rua tranquila. Instalações perfeitas. Quarto amplo e confortável. Chuveiro excelente. Cama e toalhas macios. Café da manhã excelente. Recomendo!!!

Quarto confortável e muito bem cuidado. Atendimento no café da manhã muito bom, com todas as atendentes atenciosas e prestativas. No entanto, tivemos um problema no ar condicionado do quarto que não funcionou por quase toda a estadia. O hotel tentou resolver, mas sem sucesso. E o que é pior, o problema elétrico do ar acabou gerando um problema no alarme de gás, que me acordou duas vezes na madrugada. Eles teriam que ter solucionado o problema do ar durante o dia. Lamentável acordar de madrugada com o alarme tocando dentro do quarto.
