薩那飯店(Hotel Sana)

Great location at old town nice clean room but single bed a bit small , good breakfast selection which is included even not mentioned at times of booking.

It was a very cozy stay but I think it is ideal to offer breakfast before 8 am .

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean with nice beds and showers, wifi was fast. Location of the hotel was great and a short walking distance to the heart of the city. There was a complimentary breakfast from 8-10 every morning with a wide range of options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sarajevo.

Almost everything about this hotel was great - service & staff, cleanliness, location, view from our room and the bed. There were only 2 annoying things in our room - the tv would turn on on its own so it came on one time during the night. The other thing was that the air con was very noisy and we couldn’t turn it off.

The staff was great. One person gave me the scarf around her neck for 2 days so I could enter mosques! The room was very well appointed, even having robes and slippers, as well as shampoo, lotion, vanity kit, etc. The location right next to the old town was awesome.

Je ne peux pas juger de l'hôtel dans son ensemble qui est presque neuf, mais il est inconcevable qu'un établissement 4 étoiles puisse proposer une chambre aussi minuscule et triste, avec une fenêtre donnant sur un sombre soupirail. La salle de bain, très correcte est presque aussi grande que le coin nuit. Contrairement à ce qui est présenté, il n'y a ni minibar, ni coffre fort. Bien sur pas non plus de chaise, de coin bureau, de lampe sur la table de nuit, d'un brin de déco, de plateau de courtoisie ou d'eau offerte. Comme une sorte de cellule monastique. Si vous souhaitez vous retirer du monde, ou même le quitter, c'est l'endroit idéal...
