The Residences on Siesta Key Beach

Make sure you are able to walk a good distance because the elevators usually don't work. Leave nothing in the room upon check out. You will NEVER see it again. The guest services will not turn in found itens, such as phone cords, chargers or electronic devices.

We enjoyed our stay overall. We were there for about 6 days. The rooms/suites are beautiful with a great kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. Our bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping came daily. Our balcony was right next to the construction for the building next door. It was nice on the weekend when they weren't working but loud during the week all day, so it wasn't easy to relax on our balcony at those times. The pool was also closed two of our days and the fire pit was not working the first few days we were there. They did not have smart TV's.They did have blue ray players. Their movie rental list was mostly children's movies. Breakfast selections are minimal. There is a cute terrace area with comfy chairs, a pool table, ping pong table and a TV. There is a Publix close by to get food and supplies as well as other stores nearby, and it is not far from the Village with many shops and restaurants. The beach was beautiful with comfortable chairs and umbrellas and were easy to reserve. The white Siesta Key sand is cool and soft on your feet and the water was great to wade and swim in. Awesome sunsets.

The room was nice. Got a 2 bedroom. The thing that sucks is that there is a 10am checkout. To spend over $1000 a night is a bummer to have to leave so early. Breakfast in the morning was underwhelming. I think if they change these two things then it would be a lot better. The beach are was nice. It was our anniversary and we requested an early check in week prior. The lady would not give it to us so we waited about 2 hours until our room was ready. No acknowledgement or anything from the front desk. Oh well. It is what it is. Sad to spend so much at Hyatt and expecting a little more.

WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT WHERE WE STAYED!! COMFORTABLE, SAFE, CONVENIENT AND BEAUTIFUL! THE BEACH! THE WATER! NOTHING BAD TO SAY!!

Location is ideal. Small resort feel. Beautiful beach with whitest sand. Nice that resort fee actually includes parking, breakfast, paddle boards and kayaks. Beach attendant is super helpful. Very large 3 bedroom appointed with just enough to live comfortably for week with two teens and grandparent. Walkable to deli, market and grill/bar.

The residence was big with a very well equipped kitchen ,bathrooms ,a nice balcony facing the amazing beach and palm trees reaching the high floors. All rooms and balcony were perfectly clean , with hair dryers,enough soaps,shampoo,conditioners . Kitchen has an advanced Nespresso machine with all kinds of coffee capsules. Staff responds quickly to our needs. The breakfast is just ok with boiled eggs,oats, cheeses,fruits,bread and bagels.A lot of coffee and teas all day available. The sounds insulation though inside the rooms, is not perfect as we can hear everything from the different rooms inside the residence,and all the noise from the upper apartments. The fire pit outdoors is amazing. The pool is clean and heated. It is easy to walk to some grocery stores,and nice restaurants.

I liked the large villa and the comfortable beds as well as being on the beach and walkable to food and entertainment.
