The hotel was conveniently located adjacent to the airport. However, it was quite loud, with having little to no sound barriers between guest room walls. I could hear everything the neighbors were saying and doing, as if they were in my own room. Staff were pleasant, polite, and were empathetic to my unrelated rental car issues. The continental breakfast was wonderful; plenty of options and well stocked.

The room was clean, however, there were several items in the room that did not work:
The one beside lamp did not work and the other flickered constantly.
The toilet was wobbly and rocked side to side.
The beside USB ports did not work.
The adjustable shower head would not adjust,
The staff was friendly and the pool was well maintained.

The hotel is in a good location. The service from the front desk was very nice. When I got to the room, the air conditioning was not working properly. We waited 1hour to see. We called the front desk, they send someone. They said that it was an old unit but he said he fixed it. Two hours later there was no cool air. It was only a hot fan coming out. We called again and they said they couldnt do anything do to the hotel been out of capacity. The air kept making sounds, I couldnt sleep and the room was very hot.

Trip number two to Florida and stayed again with same hotel. The hotel has fantastic staff. Everyone was positive, happy and accommodating. Hotel was exceptionally clean, smelled nice and the quality of room bedding, amenities, blinds made it luxurious. Coffee and apples always available. Being next to an airport we worried over sound, but never heard any noise. We will return. Scott and Lisa M

I never made it my flight was scheduled for a 6 am the plane had mechanical problem didn’t leave until 8:00pm we got into Dallas at 1:45 am this was no problem of my making they were rude and didn’t even try to help me they refused my refund and told me to deal with it I would not send my worst enemy to this place I am on a fixed income they just totally screwed me along with American Airlines I was very disappointed in this establishment

I had an amazing stay. Fred B. at the front desk was so helpful. The customer service provided by Fred was amazing. Thanks to Fred B. my trip was enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. I definitely will be using this hotel on my next trip.

The hotel is excellent, very good breakfast and the room is very clean and odorless... we only had the bad attention of the receptionist when we arrived to check in, she was not friendly at all and very rude

Great location near airport as promised however the hotel really shows its age. When I asked for a room on a higher floor the clerk complied by upgrading my room to one with a sofa bed. Great recommendation was provided on a seafood restaurant that was nearby
