We stayed 2 nights in this lovely hotel. Met the owner Kathleen Smith who was very welcoming. Everything about this place was so comfy. The rooms, the staff, the porch & the living room areas with fireplaces. Be sure to include breakfast in your reservation. It was delicious!

I rarely write reviews on TripAdvisor, but the Saratoga Arms Hotel was such a great experience I simply had to post something. Each room is unique with plenty of character. The furnishings are nicely done, conservatively stylish, and the room itself is very well maintained. They recently redid the fitness center. It has a bicycle for spinning, an elliptical, and a treadmill. It also has free weights, a weight bench, two medicine balls, two yoga mats, and a multigym weight machine. It’s not big, but it covers all the bases and is nicely done. My wife and I very much appreciated the complimentary snack bar right outside the main desk. It has free water bottles, sodas, and snack galore (homemade cookies & granola bars, chocolates, candies, small packages of chips, etc.). It’s constantly kept filled and is available 24x7. No need to worry about running out of bottled water here! However, what stood out more than anything else was the service. As soon as I made a reservation, I got a text on my phone asking if there was anything they could do to make my visit more enjoyable. Over the stay they helped get restaurant reservations, left towels at the door when we had a very late lazy day, found a local nature park with a viewing platform, and checked-in with us regarding housekeeping. And the housekeeping was very thorough – they even cleaned the sink soap dish (what?). Super impressive. We ended up cutting our visit a day short due to scheduling changes on our side and they accommodated us. I recommend the Saratoga Arms Hotel highly. It’s not cheap, but the rooms and staff are amazing and its location right on Broadway is hard to beat.

The room was very pretty and comfortable. The amenities were thoughtful. McKayla was very welcoming throughout my visit. The wait staff in the dining room were professional and pleasant. I enjoyed my stay very much and look forward to my next visit.

This was a one night stay on a stop over between destinations. We plan on returning for a longer stay. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, our accommodations were exceptional. Very convenient location, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We have been coming regularly to the Saratoga Arms to attend the Dance Flurry. Not only is it a short walk to the dance venue, but the accommodations are a welcome respite after hours of dancing. Breakfasts are a real treat, and it’s always fun to see what the chef has in store. On top of that, there are scrumptious homemade snacks that fortified us through the day and an amazing wine list to choose from when we wanted to unwind. The staff are amazing and we were tickled to learn that we had been upgraded to a king room overlooking Broad Street. Saratoga Arms is worth every penny!

Beautiful and charming adults only boutique hotel in the heart of Saratoga Springs. We booked a room with a king sized bed. Room was spacious and very clean. The staff were super friendly attentive. Hotel offers breakfast in the Grant Room 7:30 to 9:30am or in room. There is no restaurant on site that offers lunch or dinner. There is no bar on site either. Hotel offers tapas in room in the parlor or weather permitting on the porch. Wine and beer are offered at the front desk. There is a complementary snack bar at reception that offers a nice selection of drinks sweets and salty bites. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning and it was delicious. Overall the hotel is a great place and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Hope to return soon.

Absolute downtown Saratoga Springs jem. Top-notch customer service from beginning to end, meticulous and luxurious room, beautiful view, and amazing Sunday morning breakfast. Every detail was perfect and hand curated for a fun filled and relaxing girls getaway weekend.

My husband and I stayed at Saratoga Arms over New Year's weekend. The hotel is absolutely perfectly located and just lovely! The front desk staff was able to get us a dinner reservation at a local restaurant (15 Church , yummy!) on the evening we arrived. Breakfast was included with our room reservation and everything was terrific. We could see the NYE fireworks from the front porch. They gave us chocolates and chocolate covered strawberries as a little special treat. We'd go back to Saratoga Arms in a heartbeat 💓. Our room was very comfortable, spacious bathroom, comfy warm. Win, win, win!

The Saratoga Arms is an “amazing “ property… The owners did their homework when they converted this property to the Five Star property it is ! The management team has assembled a first class support team ! Mikayla and Dylan handle the front office duties .. A great team .. We met Giovanni in the restaurant, who served an amazing breakfast! And then there are the 1st class housekeeping team .. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay !! Howard G
