It is a modern facility with excellent housekeeping and friendly staff right from the reception to room service and restaurant service. Have a wonderful breakfast range with great presentation. Additionally it is strategically located within walking distance to shopping malls and restaurants enabling a resident to walk and enjoy the beauty of the town

Satu Mare is not a particularly inspiring place,but the Hotel Hugo exceeded expectations.It is a new hotel,with only about six rooms per floor.We had a “ standard” twin room,of adequate size with excellent firm beds and adequate storage, though in rather austere modern furniture.There was efficient aircon, a working fridge and good lighting.Although the bathroom was in the modern fashion,with no bath and a poor shallow basin,it was functionally better than most of its type. The breakfast was of exceptional quality and variety for such a small hotel,and the reception staff were excellent.

The hotel is quite new. open in 2021, has 10 parking place inside, another 3 outside, good location, nice rooms, friendly staff, very good prices. The restaurant open till 21:00, good food, however not so varied.
