波士頓羅克蘭希爾頓逸林飯店(DoubleTree by Hilton Boston - Rockland)

We were traveling for a wedding and requested an early check in but they stated that housekeeping was behind and they were hoping to have our room done by 3:00. This was not helpful as the wedding ceremony began at 2:45. The system was down so check in was a disaster. They gave us a key to a room that had not been cleaned yet. When we eventually got to our correct room, it was nothing special. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were hard. The AC did not work and it was very hot.

The staff was great for checking in. The was clean but was run down. It was expensive and not a 4 star hotel. They had an outdoor pool but was not in operation. No comp breakfast. Just expensive and not worth the money.

Lakisha who was the night front desk staff, was absolutely wonderful! funny, welcoming, and very helpful! She was so personable. How lucky they are to have such a great asset to their staff!

There was a large group of hockey families who took over all the common spaces—lobby, restaurant, etc—children we’re running freely unsupervised in halls, boisterous. Adults lounging in lobby area drinking and socializing loudly—Friday and Saturday day and night! Staff seemed resigned to tolerating it.

Overall it was an okay experience I was underwhelmed with how it looked inside and expected higher quality from the photos. The facility would benefit from a upgrade as we noticed there was a leak in the ceiling.

I reserved 2 rooms. One of them had no hot water, the other had no drainage. The area outside seemed seedy, the entire hotel is dated. The evening host and the morning host were both quite nice. Thats the only positive. Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in in 10 years.

This hotel needs major renovations or a refresh and did not live up to it's price or its brand. My room was not hotel clean and wasn't at all what I expected based on the photos and reviews. I requested to cancel my 2 night arrangement as soon as I saw my room and the hotel charged me $71 to cancel. I will probably never stay at another doubletree again. The front door wasn't working it was. Blocked with random items leaving only the side door. The elevator was not very appealing or clean as well.

Staff were very friendly and greeted me warmly upon arrival. I only stayed one night at the beginning and end of my overall trip, but was satisfied with the accommodations. My only complaint was that ice was not available on my floor the first night I stayed, and after a long day of taveling, I did not want to "travel" again to find some ice. Otherwise, everything was good.

This property is clean and safe. Has lots of free parking and is convenient for shopping inthe area and vsiting our friends in Hull MA.
