We checked in at around 730pm in the evening. The check-in was smooth. After dinner and returning to hotel, we found the toilet bowl was blocked. Front desk was called but i was just being asked to go down to the lobby and take the plunger and do the unblock myself. The reason was there is no other stuff working in the hotel in the evening and night time except a single person at the front desk. But the front desk lady clearly told me that she will not help. The only assistance she can offer is the plunger and gloves. We asked for room exchange but was told she cannot do so as we were booked with 3rd party travel agent (at Trip.com). Other that the above poor assistance from the hotel staff, the overall experience was fine. Breakfast was good.

When the website says " view room" and at best what you can see is a very narrow gap between buildings....

When my family and I went for New Year’s Eve night we booked through *******. When we booked it was said that it was a river view and had everything else we were looking for. Then we get there and the two receptionists were rude and talking to me and my partner like we were stupid when we were asking questions. Once we got to our room it wasn’t a river view so we went back down to figure it out and basically told us we couldn’t get one unless we canceled the reservation we made and did a new one and hope we’d get our money back even after she said their booking cancellation rules. So then after over an hour and a half of trying to figure it out with support and them not answering the calls the receptionists denied us being able to move rooms KNOWING they had them available but because I wouldn’t let her be disrespectful to us she didn’t like that and treated us poorly and being unprofessional.

We liked the friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was well prepared and much better than other hotels where we have stayed. The propery is clean, safe, and well maintained.

I liked that everything was clean and good. I also enjoyed included breakfast and jacuzzi/pool time. Great place, would love to come back!

The staff were friendly and helpful! Breakfast was typical free breakfast, but nice and plentiful. Fitness room was nice. Modern facility and room was clean. Bathroom was largest of all hotels we stayed in on our vacation.
