The staff and everything was great about this hotel. The first morning my family and I woke up to a fire alarm. So we all had to rush out of the room. Woke the whole family up and rushed out. Wasn't unbearable but wish at least that day should've gotten comped. Nobody likes to be woken to a fire alarm evac. But still thankful

The hotel room was extremely cold and there is not the ability to adjust sufficiently. Facilities had to come and adjust/turn off. It was still cold. Wish there were blankets. Also, there was a cockroach running across coffee cups at buffet and I do not feel hotel really cared. Buffet was limited.

Other than the toilet seat cover needing to be replaced prior to, the staff was very professional and friendly! Very peaceful, beautiful and pleasant property location.

Our second year staying here for the baseball tournaments. Hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good. Staff is amazing.

Very clean, I encountered numerous employees through my stay who all had a smile and greeted me as I came in and out for work.
The breakfast was adequate and the breakfast area was kept clean and stocked.

My fiance and I came for New Year’s Eve. Every staff member was so pleasant, and had smiles on their faces. The hotel was beautiful, and clean. You can definitely count us us coming back EVERYTIME we come to PC!

A couple of the hotel front desk staff were very rude and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Any question you asked them seemed like it absolutely was an inconvenience to them. Other then that hotel was nice, beds weren’t the most comfortable, cleaning staff was great.
