西雅圖錫塔克機場萬怡飯店(Courtyard Seattle SeaTac Airport)

The room is clean and spacious , with the essentials amenities which are very good. There is a microphone inside the room for us to heat up the food , so convenient. One little downside is that the house keeping need to be informed 1 day ahead for making up our room which there is no sign telling us this information. But the housekeeping did a great job on room make up though.

first room assigned on first floor, shades would not close...front desk said "construction issues"...sorry...but did change my room, second room,,,shades closed TV. "off line" and no one working who could restore service. I had early (4:30am) departure. Front desk, in evening said I was "on list" to have airport shuttle available at 4:30am, and a "grab and go breakfast bag"...bag was at desk...shuttle was "not arriving until 5:00am"!! I was not on list for service...I was in lobby at 4:20am...another guest was also there and offered to share an uber to airport...he was also supposedly "on list"...and there at 4:15 am...no shuttle available???

I requested her early check-in, which wasn’t guaranteed when I got to the hotel upon a ride over from the airport with the hotel shuttle driver for the shuttle was very accommodating when I got to the hotel I asked the front desk clerk would I be able to check it she told me in about an hour so I sat in the lobby for about 40 to 45 minutes, charging up my phone because the airplane Did not have any charges so as I said in the lobby, I was the only one there 35 minutes three couples came in, and they begin to check in which I was the first one there so you would think that the desk clerk would say excuse me, sir we now have rooms available. Would you like to check in or I could take you now but she checked all the guest in as they came in and never said a word to me then I had to ask her is my room available because you checked in people before me so that was the only thing that I didn’t like because would have common courtesy to just let me know instead of checking others in then not I said I waited and she never said anything so I had to ask her was my room available when people was walking in just checking in

Stayed one night due to flight delays. Wanted a clean room that felt safe and this was it! They are doing renovations and i had a room that was updated very nicely. Need was comfy, bathroom was clean and nicely stocked. Outlets are handy as are light switches. It's as noisy as you'd expect being right by the airport but earplugs did the trick. Scheduled an early morning shuttle back to the airport during check in. I couldn't find shuttle pickup info on the website for when i arrived, though. Cab driver was very rude about such a short trip and nearly kicked me out late at night.

Property was being remodeled, no meal options, except breakfast which was small yogurt kept under lock and key and instant oatmeal. Staff inconsistent as to when they would unlock it to allow a guest to have a single serving. Housekeeping was quite poor, not collecting trash or leaving replacement soaps and towels. Very noisy all night with door slamming. Sheets did not fit on king size bed and would come off while sleeping. Very unpleasant experience.

I had an early flight out of Sea-tac airport and didn't want to worry about traffic delays in the morning. I was frightened by many of the reviews of hotels in the area (moldy, old, unclean) but Zone hotel's were pretty good so I decided to give it a try. I was pleased to find everything new and very clean. No odor of any kind (new offgassing or old funk). My nose is sensitive and I can't stand being in a space with a bad odor.The front desk clerk was pleasant. The bed was comfortable with hotel white linens. No old nasty bedspread. Bathroom was new and spotless. Airport noise was noticeable but expected. The shuttle service was quick and convenient and I was able to leave my car there for $10 a day which is quite a savings vs airport parking. Shuttle pickup after return flight only took 10 minutes. I will definitely stay here again if I have an early flight, and will recommend to friends and family as a great option!

I arrived with my right arm in a sling and even after watching me struggle, not one of the people sitting at the desk offered to help me get my luggage on a cart or up to my room. No restaurant there or nearby so if you don’t have a car, you’re stuck.

The property is under construction. It has changed names to The Zone. They did not have our pre-paid reservations. We spent 45 minutes checking in. One of the rooms had a water leak and we had to move. No room service and only one towel. Look for another place to stay!!!
