Beautiful place!!! Absolutely loved this hotel! Great staff friendly service everything looked very new and clean! Unfortunately ******* still advertises a “sea view room” which we paid for, but upon arrival found that a building has now been built next door and the hotel has no more sea view rooms. Slightly frustrating but nothing to make us cancel the room.

The valet on duty was very friendly and helpful however, for the amount of money to stay in this facility you would think you would staff with more than 1! We did not receive maid service but were given permission to request more towels. Again, the price does not match the services provided. In keeping with the overall theme of the stay, the Outlier was also overpriced but, oddly, over staffed for the number of people choosing to eat there. In light of the abundance of people working, our waiter was noticeably absent and forgetful. I believe his name was "Josh". You'll be able to identify him by his habit of saying "cheers" or "yeehaw" every time he came to the table. Perhaps the surcharge added to the tab should actually be utilized to hire your understaffed valet department. Overall, so disappointing except for the proximity to where we needed to be. W

It began w/ making a reservation for 3 nights and 1st busy to Seattle Beautiful city and property, but the ******* Site offers a $14.99 “insurance” to be able to cancel up to the day of arrival, but on the page before that appears when making the reservation it says that I had until the 17th, this is when the fiasco began In using the ******* site, I made the reservation for hotel Monaco Kimpton within 20 minutes of having made the same reservation on ******* without any issues but I had another hotel in the same area but at a higher price of $110 more a night plus $45 and tip to a valet, but I had to park my own car around the block The Hotel Monaco Kimpton offered eight dollar a night garage parking with valet parking and I would tip the valet and it did not say that it was included in the room upfront, very confusing for a time When I reached out to cancel the reservation at the Seattle Hilton, everything went smoothly, and there was issues because it was made on 14 January, three days before my arrival no deposit taken no fees charged until I change to another hotel at a better rate When I made my reservation at Hotel Monaco Kimpton the reservation was excepted, which was the booking reservation the same one upon my arrival at hotel Monaco Kempton, and the rate was $167 and change, but the monies that were pulled from my card, would not work for the new reservation, even using the same ******* site, and they had all my information in the system

I enjoyed the area and how walkable it was for many sites, staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We waited an hour for a vehicle from the valet attendant. Strange stains on our hotel room wall.
