安靜幹凈舒適旅館(Quiet, Clean and Comfortable Room)

入住和退房都很簡單，收到一封有明確說明的簡訊。停車很方便，就在賓館前面。這就像租用 Airbnb 一樣，入住期間無需清潔或新毛巾。如果您周圍的房間裡有安靜的客人，您將會享受到愉快的住宿體驗。

I really liked this place to stay and it’s in a perfect area for access to both downtown and good suburban shopping. The property felt very clean and well taken care of and the self check-in process worked well. The only part that I found a little unsettling was when I walked in the front door a person who said that he rented a room there opened his room door and greeted me. I wasn’t sure if he was a manager or just a renter. The first thing he said was something about him being allowed to smoke outside the building and it smelled a bit like ****. As a first impression it left me questioning the professionalism and safety of the place especially since it is not a commercial establishment and it’s in a quiet neighborhood setting. It made me wonder if I would recommend it if my wife were staying there alone. Granted, the interaction was friendly, it was just a little odd that the first topic of conversation was about smoking, which was irrelevant to me or anything I was doing. It gave me the impression that he was trying to explain the odor or excuse something he was doing. Also, I got a text that there was a gift waiting for me. When I went to my room there was an odd dollar store package of happy birthday items inside. Was that my gift? It would have been better to have no gift and not be confused by package Bottom line: very good experience and I would stay there again. It wasn’t plush, but met my expectations of being a well taken care of place to stay.

The pictures don't do it justice! Its BIGGER on the inside. From the front you winder where they have any rooms. Then you open the front door to a beautiful house, large open concept living/dining/kitchen. Beautiful kitchen! Found our room to be very clean, bathroom had nice water pressure and plenty of hot water. I only wish it had central or any air conditioning. They did provide a very nice fan that kept us as cool as it could. Bring your own entertainment, as there wasn't a television anywhere that we could see. Overall a cute cozy cottage. We would definitely use this booking again.

The rooms are cozy but clean and comfortable. Outside our room was a beautiful bank of lilacs.

It was just as advertised--clean, comfortable, quiet. It was quite adequate for our purposes, and reasonably priced. Not for someone looking for room service and other amenities like TV.

May stay was amazing, the guest are super nice and the rooms were very clean I would recommend anyone to stay here

Pretty cozy little room, property kind of set up like a mini hostel. Comfty bed. Probably could use more care and preperation for restroom sharing situation (maybe clothes hooks, shower soap dish or shelf, shower spash guard or splash mat shower mat, and extra TP and cleaners). Otherwise house in good clean and tidy condition. Freeway nearby and inbound air traffic overhead but considering its a major metropolitan area it was a relatively quiet neighborhood.
