What can I say about this hotel? I stayed there about a decade ago and it was a decent hotel, a lot has changed since then. I would not recommend this to anyone and would not stay there again. The place is worn now, needs a refurb. The lobby was clean as were the hallways though. My room was a different story. The toilet backed up and it looked like red wine stains all over the wallpaper in the bathroom. Black mode in the ceiling corners. The water went hot and cold in the shower without touching the valve. A sign on the mirror said that cleaning and towels could be ordered at any time. Wrong! On the 3rd day, early in the morning, we talked to the front desk about cleaning the room, they said no problem. We got back to the hotel room at 11:00 pm that night after a concert at MetLife and the room was never touched. We went back down to the front desk to complain that the house staff didn't clean the room, that we saw them that morning, they were cleaning the rooms next to ours. We were told that the cleaning people are hired out, not their staff. And you must tell the front desk the night before. And this should have been told to us at the time of check-in, but it wasn't. Poor communication by the staff. Eventually the front desk did find us some sheets and WE made the bed. A sign on the front desk stated that the pool was closed to further notice, (on a long holiday weekend? Really? I don't think they had the staff to clean it. I just ran out of space to type. More.

The staff was nice. It was hard to sleep at night with the highway right there. Other than that there were no issues. The location was convenient from where i was going. It is a basic hotel nothing fancy. The rooms are outdated but that's just like every other hotel. If you just need it for one or two nights i would recommend.

Bonne séjour dans l’ensemble! N’allez pas là pour la piscine, elle est désuète et l’eau est verte… ne demandez pas de jack 7up, il n’y en a pas et la serveuse en soirée ne répond pas bien aux clients même s’il y en a pas appart nous! Pour les serviettes, il faut en demander d’autres parce que les femmes de chambres ne passent pas à tous les jours. Le déjeuner est très bon! Nous faisions un séjour en famille pour aller à New York. Le transport en autobus n’est pas optimal de l’hôtel au niveau des heures, surtout en soirée.

Advertised a restaurant on property. They do not have a restaurant. “It’s so hard to change that on the website” is what I was told. Totally run down hotel. Paid extra for the restaurant amenity and totally let down. Will never stay here again

Pros: Close to the city and to met life stadium area, hotel itself and rooms are clean, friendly front desk staff, room adequate and comfortable. Cons: This hotel is very much in need updating in the rooms. There was an old abandoned restaurant in the front of the hotel property that is a definite eyesore and gives the property a sort of junky feeling when you first drive up, this should really be demolished and cleaned up. If you have a room in the front of the hotel building facing the highway as we did, there is definitely highway noise in your room.

Staff was very friendly and location is great.There is a bus stop 5 minutes away, that takes you straight to Manhattan. However, one thing that bumped us up was that the second day we had no hot water in our room. They gave us another room, expecting to be the same or better... However, the room was the one adjacent to the elevator, hence lots of noise and we had to move again during the night to a room similar at least to our first one. Overall, experience was positive except this incident which could have been handled better.

The room was not cleaned in 4 days despite our repeated requests. No clean towels available. Trash not emptied. Very disappointing. Front desk staff were not very friendly and constantly asked to contact mgmt instead of resolving simple requests for clean towels. Would not recommend this property.

I didn’t like the hot water. It was Luke warm at best. Further beds are extremely uncomfortable and pillows are flat. The temperature was set on cold and my room was freezing. My room window was unlocked and there was a hole in the screen. It was difficult to figure out how to shut the curtains. There are no menus for room service that is suppose to be offered. Definitely stayed in better.
