Several things happened that made this booking a difficult event. I am actually going to call Orbitz today to ask for a refund. -we had an EV cart rental, we were told they had access to charging stations, they don’t, that was a huge issue that changed our whole stay -when we finally got back, the heater didn’t work -they moved us -that room’s tv didn’t work, sink clogged We want a full refund or credit for 2 nights.

It was a great stay a great view and so cozy it pet friendly love the view i will be staying here again my boyfriend loved it

The area the hotel is at was so convenient and within walking distant from many retail shops and restaurants. The hotel was very quiet during our stay with great views of the red rocks. The staff were also very friendly, from front desk to the cleaning staff. Everyone was very friendly and happy.

Staff was so incredibly accommodating and helpful and did it with smiles and enthusiasm. Talked to 3 different people at the desk and all were equally helpful. Room was awesome fireplace was a additional treat, The property mexican restaurant was fantastic, And this was all for a business trip. Wonderful spot.

This place was a hidden gem. Everyrhing about here was phenomenal. Towels were huge, keurig machine in room, view from our bed was amazing. The staff was beyond frendly as well. I would stay here in a heart beat again. Thank you for the wonderful memories!!

Facility needs to be upgraded. toilets are too low. Microwave added, lights should be regulated on the walls, one did not work. Water should be included instead of thermos. Should offer one free meal with restaurant if staying more than one night.

Check in was fine. Average hotel with a great view. If you want an amazing view this is the place. The beds weren't comfortable. They were noisy when you rolled over. The carpet in our room was fraying where the seam met the tile. Tile wasn’t very clean but the bathroom was clean. There is grab and go breakfast which is convenient. There are muffins, packaged oatmeal, granola bars, dried cranberries and raisins. Hot tea with cappuccino machine which includes hot cocoa is a nice touch. Convenient location next to shops and restaurants is a plus. Disappointed when I asked the gentleman working the reception desk for more hot water for my tea. He told me I could get more water outside, around the corner and down the steps. He was talking with a co-worker, not busy with hotel guests. This didn’t seem like good service. Good parking. Gas fireplace in room which is a nice touch in winter. We were here January 2024. Again if you want a guaranteed view, this is the place. But a so-so hotel.

Really love the gas fireplace in the room--lights up immediately and makes it warm and cozy. Great view from the balcony, too!
