Insight room was different from the picture given on agoda, booking.com, traveloka even on their official website. Bed linen, pillow, towels got stain and the colour a bit yellowish. On their wall got a few of pencil sketched. And that make the room even look dirtier and dumped. The main thing was the bathroom. In the morning the water were so dirty, they said they were doing some repair to the water valve. And you guest what, they doing it in the morning where all the guests already wake up and need to use the toilet and we found out that the water was DIRTY with all the sands and the colour were brownish, then out of sudden the water heater also down. And the jackpot was, the water STOP running to all the rooms. THIS WAS PERFECT 😏 We already called 3 times and asked, and they only said wait for a while and keep on the water to flush away all the dirts. With out any other solutions. And that happens for almost 3 hours. They perfectly ruined our holiday with this Issue. We ask for extra towel, fyi, they only give 2 towels per room. We have 3 Children, so we asked for extra towel. We never got any problem on this even on budget hotel or at 4 or 5 Stars hotels before, You know what? After they give extra 2 towels, they asked for the existing 2 towels thats already in the room to be returned to them. We have explained to the house keeping that we have 3 kids, and of course 2 towels will not be enough (fyi, the towel is a bit thin, dont expect a furry thick towel like at other 4 or 5 starts hotel) What a silly service. Dont mention about the extra room key, they only gave us 1 room key, so we asked for 1 extra. You know what they said? We have not enough room key, so no more extra. It was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT staying 1 night on 31st dec to 1st of Jan 2023 at LK Pandanaran Semarang. They charged almost 3times from their normal rate and this is what we got. We dont mind if you marked up your price almost 3times, specially during peak season, BUT PLEASE before doing that, improve your service, add more capable and professional labour to balance up with your price. Not mention about LK Simpang Lima Semarang. At their lobby, there was a water leakage, not sure why they havent done any repairing. Thats make us think that they all the SAME, at all LK Hotel Chains at semarang. But we would like to compliments the security outside the lobby area, he was very helpful, and genuinely helped us and give solutions when there were no more parking lot.

The standard room is very small, barely place to walk to the other side of the bed. But we keep coming bed because we feel comfortable every time we stay here with reasonable price. They also have 24 hours gym, and have billiard table, free tea and coffee at the lobby, located in DP Mall, so its very easy to buy things or grab a food. Use mobile apps to unlock the door to the room, so it's easier, no need to find access card whenever want to go to the room
