My husband and I spent our 1st wedding anniversary at Del Lago-we were super impressed. We loved the ******. And, we loved loved our room. The bed was so comfy-felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. We plan to go back hopefully around News Years Eve. It was everything we expected.

The floor in my room was not vacuumed, there was dust in the corners. The shower was absolutely filthy. I will never stay there again!!

Clean and very convenient to NYS Thruway. Hotel access to the ****** is quick and easy and the fitness center is top notch. Room was very clean except for half a drink left in the fridge.

There is no question that the property is first class, however the people responsible for cleaning the rooms must do a better job. We found a lot of hair in the bathroom and evidence that the rooms had not been inspected by management. Trash left behind waste baskets and it appeared that staff didn't do a good job. If management looks at these comments, I would bet that our room 248 is still dirty in the corners, as this did not appear to be a one off.

The hotel room was very clean during our first stay. A little less clean in the bathroom on our second stay. Overall, it was a nice room and the beds were very comfortable. The waitstaff at restaurants were super accommodating.

The only thing that would be niece is a cafe or resturant open 24 hrs for those who stay right onsite and go to the ****** late night/ early morning

I love everything about Del Lago! From the nicely decorated rooms, to the concert venue, to the spa, to the food, and especially the friendly waitresses at the cafe.
