We were pleasantly surprised as to the location of your hotel. The view was breathtaking! Our room was very comfortable. The recliner was in a declining condition but it served a purpose as my husband has to sleep in a recliner. The pool was very inviting and the fireworks on our last night there were so exciting.

We absolutely LOVED our experience with Sunrise Ridge Resort. We loved dealing with Donna, she even understood the "Suits" reference! We had one issue when we arrived and that was with the entrance door, and not even 30 minutes the maintenance man was knocking so he could fix it. They were prompt with towel replacement. We absolutely loved the swimming and the fact that no one was entering daily to clean while we were there. Our only suggestion is to possibly see about small vacuums for rooms. We had a broom but no vacuum and our little ones left quite a crumb mess we would have easily cleaned before leaving.

We had two bedrooms two bath condo. The condo is is DESPERATE need of a thorough cleaning and some upgrades. When we checked in the first thing we noticed was a huge moth right over the bed on the wall. Had to get on the bed and hrab it with a paper towel. Not a big deal but stuff like that only makes me pay more attention to other things. Old sliding glass door in the bathroom and the glass was dirty. A bug on the ceiling trapped in a spider web in the bathroom. Lots of dust if you're someone who pays attention to cleanliness. Lots of bugs and spiderwebs outside of the unit as well. Just felt dirty. I wondered when the last time they rented out our unit was. The only good thing i can say is the condo was huge extremely spacious.

Rooms are older, but clean. There is some black mold in showers. We’ve stayed here twice, most likely will again. Great deal for amenities! I’m not sure balconies are exactly safe for small children. Amazing view! Never saw any bears.

Not very accomodating- I'm a timeshare owner at this resort and booked extra rooms for our family. The entire resort needs a facelift. Rooms with ripped carpet and dirty furniture.

Excellent place to stay off the ***** but away from the traffic and convenient to all the attractions! Beautiful views! Been to that area many times and this would be my go too property

My stay was great. Only problem was the recliner in the suite. The right side was broken so I wasn’t able to recline the chair. Otherwise it was awesome.

Was very impressed with the room and layout. It worked perfect for me and my family. Front desk staff really nice and welcoming.

Little outdated, the living room and kitchen were a lot nicer than the bedroom. We lived that it wasn’t on the main ***** and that we could take backroads around.
