多納蘿拉公寓(Apartamentos Doña Lola)

Aire Acondicionado desconectado, lo ofrecen, pagas por el servicio pero lo tienen capado, vergonzoso hacia mas calor en la habitación que en la calle y en recepción me aconsejan que cierre el balcón 🤦‍♀️ limpieza de las habitaciones sales a las 9 y son las 14’ y aun no han pasado por lo que de 7 dias 5 me he arreglado yo la habitación, vergonzoso, para no volver,

This is a well located hotel for the centre of Seville. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and an especial mention to Daniel who was excellent. The room was fairly comfortable and the bed firm and to our liking but there were serious issues with other items. The coffee machine wouldn`t work and the instructions via a QR code useless. The shower cubicle door kept falling off its runners. The glass doors between the bathroom and rest of the room would not close properly as they were so badly fitted resulting in a lack of privacy. The outside patio was a small square of artificial grass at the bottom of a deep shaft like a well, quite extraordinary!! The heavy outside door to the property was constantly banging open and shut all night keeping us awake and the glass panel above the room door let in so much light from the lobby that the room couldn`t be darkened. Another issue was that breakfast was advertised and as such we had prepaid this but on arrival we were told that it was not available in January and February. Not the hotel`s fault though as they had told the booking platform beforehand but the latter had not published this.
