I’m not sure how this place gets good reviews. We have stayed twice and the bathrooms have had hair in them both time and crumbs in the couch. The lady who runs it has a tendency to get very upset and lose her mind about things. Will give this place no more chances

This is a privately owned facility with rooms in varied buildings, but they are very accomodating and friendly - definitely a good experience! Nothing fancy, but you can order a custom-made breakfast. Overall, I'd definitely recommend!

Excellent Motel for this price. Friendly owners. Great breakfast. Clean, comfortable, updated rooms. (This is NOT the same East Hills Motel from years ago.) Easy walk to everything in the quaint, downtown Seward.

The building is old but very well maintained, staff was exceptional. Breakfast was made to order-and everything you could expect not just cereal. Very quiet! TV was a bit snowy but had ample channels.

This small family owned inn turned out to be a wonderful choice for our family trip to visit our son in college. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, they appear to be recently renovated. In fact there appeared to be doing additional work on rooms in the original building. Breakfast was yummy and made to order, not some buffet. But the greatest part of the stay was the super friendly staff! So welcoming at the desk and at breakfast. Thes short drive to campus at Concordia University made this sweet deal even better. Can’t wait to go back!
