至於軟件方面,阿納迪的“管家”服務完全是扣分項。語速過快且缺乏耐心,讓我感覺像是在被人催促,這樣的服務方式顯然不夠貼心。而當我需要預約項目或尋求幫助時,卻難以聯繫到管家,這無疑增加了我的困擾和不便。

While decorative paintings might enhance the artistic ambiance in terms of hardware, in this cramped hotel room, they unfortunately contribute to a feeling of overcrowding. Additionally, the unstable breakfast table has significantly marred my stay, reminiscent of a bumpy meal on a cruise ship.
Regarding the software aspect, Anandi's "butler" service falls short of expectations. The rapid speech and lack of patience leave me feeling hurried, lacking the warmth and attention I had anticipated. Moreover, when I attempt to make appoin**ents or seek assistance, reaching the butler becomes a challenge, adding unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. It would have been simpler if I had been directed to the front desk instead.
As a result, I have cancelled the remaining two packages of my stay at Anandi.
