Hotel Rafaelo

I normally never write reviews, but I couldnt hold myself writing one for this special occasion. Me and my friend had a downright horrible experience in this hotel. First of all, despite making a reservation over ***********, they messed up the reservation and it took about 7 incapable receptionists nearly 2 hours to magicly "find" our booking. Online we were promised a high quality room, but ended up with a room with broken chairs, a broken tv, a broken airconditioning, in a non finished buidling with half of it being a messy dirty construction site. We complained several times and met with the hotel management, who agreed that they did not provide us with the service we paid for, however they refused to give us any refund and offered us one free dinner, which we declined because dining at this place is more like a punishment then something else. We went for lunch 1 time on the site and payed almost 40 euros for really mediocre food, being served by the most incapable staff i have ever experienced, the difference between still and sparkling water seems to be a riddle they arent capable of solving. Only plus: there is a miniature version of the statue of liberty in the garden, which is so kitchy its actually funny Conclusion: this hotel is just a big fat steaming nut-filled turd that you should stay away from if you have any interest in experiencing a holiday where a bare minimum of quality.

Wij zijn voor een nacht bij deze hotel gebleven gewoon om te zien of Albanië klaar is voor Europese toeristen. Om te beginnen ik denk dat iemand moet aan dit hotel vertellen wat een all inclusief is.In de avond hebben wij voor een half uur in de restaurant in de rij gestaan voor niks want alle eten was al op en niemand kwam ze opvullen en voor de drankjes als wij dat een drankje kunnen noemen is ook niet veel van. De zwembaden heel vies,personeel tekort overal frigo was uit geen televisie ondanks alle pogingen om de televisie te kijken. Veel straathonden in de straten onaangename geur langs de straat aan de kustlijn…..

Schrecklich zimmer werden nicht geputzt esse katastrophal Frühstück gar kei Auswahl 2 Schüssel Cornflakes Eier paar Tomaten gurken Oliven fertig nachtesse immer gleiche Gericht 🤮 bitte vermeiden 1💫zu viel
