Good stay to visit with family Cleanliness on property and politeness of staff

Aparika was very polite and helpful special thanks to her for providing dedicated service & deepshika , rakesh , ***ager rajeev were also very coordinating and helpful. Food taste and quality was exceptional too. Superb service. Highly recommend

I'm at a loss for words to tell you how much Usha and I enjoyed our stay in Kufri. All the staff were very, very courteous and helpful, the rooms were spotlessly clean and all towels and sheets were changed regularly. We stayed put in Kufri for 5 days and went out on hikes everyday. The Activities in Charge, Sri Mohit, himself accompanied us on the hike to Mahasu Peak on the second day. I personally was disappointed to find that we could not visit a village handicrafts centre though it was mentioned as one of the activities. The hike through the pine and devdaar forest was simply wonderful and it was followed by a Himachali lunch in the home of a Himachali couple. Miss Aashna Thakur was very helpful and provided the pickup and drop from/to the Chandigarh Airport and logistics and guides for us whenever we needed it. The cafeteria is awesome with a wide choice of vegetarian dishes. The 2 young and beautiful girls, Deepa and Aparamika, were very helpful during our stay. They would bring us a bottle of hot water the moment we sat at a table! All in all a wonderful stay at Sterling Kufri. The only thumbs down was its proximity to the highway with vehicles zooming dangerously close to us at breakneck speeds whenever we went out for short strolls in the evenings. Very Cordial and supportive staff.. awesome food.. kids and pet friendly. A great experience overall. Very near to Deshu peak, Adventure resort for adventure activities like go carting, zip lining. Must visit place if you are visiting Kufri.

We had sterling Kufri with my family on dated 18to 20 may . We enjoyed services of sterling kufri. There is lot of activity.food was excellent. Front office team was amazing.room was neet and cleaned. Parking was ample.nice to option to visit again and agin.thanks sterling kufri team

Very smooth check in and very good hospitality ***** with very nice views from the rooms. The staff is well experienced and nice. Very comfortable rooms and good for sightseeing. Suneina and front office staff and housekeeping staff were very nice.
