錫比烏旅館

A very grand building repurposed as a Hotel. Check in staff were very pleasant, the porter spent more time outside talking and smoking with the carpark security guy than providing service, the breakfast staff were abundant but also more interested in talking among themselves. The decor is quite specific in taste. The rooms are functional however I found the bed very firm, the bathroom is curious in design and function. A block of tile is protruding into the doorway and catches unsuspecting toes, no bench space for toilet bags. But the room was quiet and able to open a window for fresh air and a good nights sleep.

The atmosphere in this hotel, in this period of time is amazing: Christmas Trees, Christmas Carols, even the smell from halls reminder of Christmas Seasons. The breakfast was very, very good. Everything your heart desire. The food from traditional restaurant was very tasty, specially goulash. Friendly staff

我們住了2晚。Sibiu非常好,我們想住在市中心。房間非常好,乾淨舒適。他們在房間裏沒有咖啡機,但在早餐時我們找到了一杯好的咖啡。他們還有一個游泳池,非常好,溫水,很乾淨,美妙,放鬆,不擁擠,因爲參觀必須宣佈。在水療中心,我們有一個非常好的按摩,大約30歐元!我們喜歡這家酒店,我們會回來的!

I'm a regular user or Accor loyalty program. Now, because of the pandemic situation I'm just Silver, but I was also Gold in the past so I've seen a lot of Mercure hotels, but also Ibis, Novotel, Sofitel, Mama shelter, etc. That's why I've decided to book this hotel on my trip to Sibiu. However it was the worst experience with Accor hotels, even worst than an Ibis budget Booking: Despite I mentioned at the moment of booking that I would need a bed for my daughter and I called in advance to check if that was ok, getting the confirmation from the hotel, at the reception they were not aware. However after 10 min they found another room that could fit. They also asked for extra money for that. Room: Looks like in 90's despite the pictures on website. TV from 2009 with quality from 2000. Also they don't have some of the TV stations that usually are for free, not the HBO or others Breakfast: Despite the restrictions because of the pandemic (50% occupancy in restaurants and cafes within hotels) the place was full and they were sitting people from different groups at the same table, like at the ****ing. First day, there was only one guy and one lady that were trying to bring the food and seat people at the tables. Of course the food was not enough. Second day was better as they brought more people, however still the place was full. Cleaning: NOTHING FOR 3 DAYS, even I said in the first day. I had to request for toilet paper every evening Others: I had expired beer in the minibar. I”M NOT RECCOMEND IT. PS: I think this is my first negative review and one of the few I've done.

這家酒店在parc上。房間還算體面。新風格設計和羅馬尼亞風格的混合。餐廳的早餐、菜單和員工都是典型的羅馬尼亞風格。從某種程度上來說,這很好。如果你喜歡漢堡或你想付錢的時候,你會被要求回來,因爲一個更重要的團隊需要離開。我會在沒有這次事件的情況下開始4次,因爲它讓我感覺我對他們不那麼重要。當一個團想團隊離開時,團長需要提前15分鐘起牀是我的建議。酒店的位置在公園上非常漂亮。公園裏有兒童遊樂場,所以我會帶女兒回來。員工很友好。

Nice hotel with big rooms well organised, friendly and nice staff. 15 - 20 minutes walking at slow pace to city center ( old Town). Good breakfast with great panoarmic wiew from 11 th floor, nothing extraordinary but well stuffed. I have the dinner once late in the night, and was ok, well prepared food and good drinks.

I do not understand the last few horrible reviews because this is an excellent hotel: Very clean, nice amenities, good tv stations, nice furnishings, delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that I did not like was only two hangers and the weekend loud music coming from the bar (but it ended at 11 pm). The rooms are small but nicely laid out. I would stay here again.
