維多利亞民宿(Victoria B&B)

位於相當中心區域的經濟型建築，房間乾淨整潔，即使家具非常陳舊。空調幾乎不存在，但價格在卡塔尼亞全景中絕對很方便，不是很便宜。

Mi sono fermata in struttura per 3 notti, la proprietaria è una persona splendida e molto disponibile che ti fa sentire come a casa, il posto è pulito e curato, le camere spaziose, come posizione è veramente comoda, molto centrale. Sicuramente ci tornerò per i miei prossimi soggiorni a Catania

Hébergeur peu accueillant, assurant le strict minimum. Impossible de le contacter par téléphone. Petit déjeuner TRES sommaire ! Je recommande d'aller voir ailleurs.

Chambre spacieuse avec sdb , pdj complet et varié Ce bled and breakfast est facile d accès de la gare centrale ( 20-25 mins à pieds. ) et arrêt de métro à proximité . Un supermarché est dispo et une petite supérette à 3 mins, boulangerie, buraliste… tout est a Proximité . Compter 30 Mins à pieds pour rejoindre le centre ville Bon rapport qualité prix

My first B&B didn't work out and I was stuck in Catania at a busy time, can only speak English and everywhere was full. Luigi from Hotel Rigel saved the day - they were full but he called around and got me booked into Victoria B&B. Although it was basic it served it's purpose and was clean and comfortable. The host is a lovely Polish lady who ensured everything ran smoothly and people enjoyed their stay. A tasty cold breakfast was offered with a variety of teas, also home made jams and a yummy brioche! I did have an issue with trying to open the front door but the host was most patient and eventually I got the knack! Other than a rude guest who insisted on taking the supplies from breakfast for his day out, and arguing when challenged, there was a variety of people passing through on their travels. Give the Victoria a go if you're visiting Catania - it's very good value and perfect for a few nights.

They cancelled and left me stranded. Got a notice 8pm after my plane landed from a short trip from Rome that they cancelled when I was on my way over. They tried to tell me and their shuttle driver, who was ready to take me over there, that it was **********'s fault. I verified they lied about that. Stranded and left to book an overpriced and awful hotel as I was exhausted. Horrible people!! I booked weeks ahead of time too. If they could do this to someone with no explanation plus lies, you don't want to deal with these people ever!

Una vergogna sarebbe dire poco!! Inizio con il dire che io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati ad un concerto, nonostante il fatto che abbiamo avvisato che saremmo tornati un po' tardi rispetto all'orario previsto per il chekcout e ci hanno detto che non ci sarebbero stati problemi, la proprietaria ci ha lasciati sotto casa a notte fonda per die ore nonostante stavamo anche male e lei lo sapeva, ogni tanto si affacciava per offenderci e non voleva nemmeno rimborsare I soldi. È stato necessario l'intervento delle polizia per farci salire in camera, ma nonostante ciò dopo che la polizia è andata via, la signora ha continuato ad offenderci anche la mattina seguente. La camera era sporchissima e i letti disfatti, non abbiamo nemmeno usufruito della colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Che dire, personale sgarbato, maleducato e aggressivo e camere sporchissime. Un incubooo!

Le persone dell'hotel erano gentili. È stato molto confortevole durante il mio soggiorno.

Check in was awful. It should be from 12 to 20.i arrived at 13 no one was there. I called and the lady told me she will be there after 14. The toilet and the shower was not so friendly. The owner was nice and friendly. The area not so welcoming
