Enjoyed every part , very friendly and helpful staff , and everything that we needed

I have no idea how this is so well rated. Spa doesn’t seem to exist, never saw it the whole time we were there, rooms are nice, location is horrible, nothing in walking distance at all, just a supermarket, it’s next to a busy road and in a residential area so dogs bark constantly day and night. There were lots of children rendering the small pool area unusable. There are restyling at the bottom of a very steep hill, probably a 25 minute walk down and a very gruelling walk back which is completely up hill all the way. Breakfast is the exact same small but tasty selection every day, if you want omelette or pancakes made it’s a hidden extra charge, got stung for €32 on checkout even though I booked bed and breakfast. GET A HIRE CAR or it’ll be a nigh**are, we went to the airport and got one on day 3.

Situé en dessus d un petit village de pêcheur (sans grand charme), l hôtel est constitué de plusieurs petits bâtiments. Nous avons été logé dans le plus moderne. Belle chambre, de grande taille, très bien aménagée avec belle terrasse. Quelques bruits extérieurs peuvent parfois gêner le calme ambiant (route à proximité). Cela n a pas pour autant gâché notre séjour. Bon petit déjeuner qui peut être pris à l extérieur, service adéquat et rapide. Le jardin et les deux piscines sont très bien entretenus. Parking gratuit et sécurisé sur le site.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks while touring parts of Eastern Sicily with tour group, You, Me,& Sicily. This place was one of the best, cleanest, most relaxing, and accommodating places we’ve stayed at. The staff was amazing and the views are incredible. We could see Mt. Etna from our suite. We had our own patio, kitchen, and washer, which was an added bonus. The restaurant food was delicious and the outside seating was welcoming and relaxing.

Un îlot de silence apres la folie de la circulation sicilienne !. Très bien accueillies par un cocktail. Personnel souriant et serviable. Les chambres sont en fait des petits appartements avec belle terrasse. Très propre et moderne. Pas pu tester le.spa ni ma piscine non chauffée mais ça doit être agreable

Che dire, parliamo di un super hotel con tutti i confort. Camere pulitissime, ben riscaldate, bagni con doccia larghissimi, un grazioso terrazzino riservato, parcheggio riservato. Ottima colazione italiana e continentale con prodotti di alta qualità. Personale cortese e a tua disposizione per qualsiasi problema o chiarimento. Sicuramente una location dove ritornare per un soggiorno più lungo. Grazie!

Very disappointing hotel, certainly not for the seasoned traveller, and completely misrepresented on the website. Alarm bells should have rung when we were asked to pay in full in advance (non refundable). The hotel looks beautiful on the website, with a lovely pool, grounds and gardens, and we were looking forward to spending the last leg of our holiday at Sicilia’s villa, relaxing in the grounds and garden. Instead we were taken to a hideous block of flats that does not feature on the website, and the promised views of the sea, countryside and especially of Etna, magically transformed into a horrible residential area, streets and car park. We refused the room immediately, reception promised us another room, but it was not available for another day, and having toured the grounds and finding one average sized pool, serving at least 3 buildings that was crowded and nowhere to sit, we refused to check in. Staff were not sympathetic, just saying you have already paid and we will not refund you. I got the impression it was a sketch that they have practised many times before. I was not going to spoil the last leg of my holiday and stay. We were then under pressure to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. Please see attached photos and CHECK GOOGLE EARTH for the location and the residential area before you book. The website is done beautifully but is completely misrepresentative. I had booked a superior double room with a view of Etna and was expecting to be in the grounds and garden of a lovely villa, not stuck in an apar**ent block. The staff refuse to communicate or refund my money on the basis of misrepresentation, I feel like I have been conned. Full marks for managing to make Etna disappear though.

Hotel immerso nelle villette di Acitrezza con due belle piscine e giardino curato. Camere pulite e ben arredate. Peccato per: - colazione davvero mediocre . Nessun prodotto tipico . Neanche una spremuta d’arancia e dire che gli aranceti si perdevano a vista d’occhio Yogurth della Valtellina! Alla faccia della sostenibilità - veniamo avvisati solo il secondo giorno che per avere la camera rifatta in mattinata bisogna esporre il cartellino alla porta.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel de grande qualité...la piscine était prête à l'emploi déjà au mois de février..On vous demande ce que vous voulez pour votre petit-déjeûner...Réception parfaite, personnel pro et toujours prêt à rendre service, merci, à recommander
