Super beautiful hotel with amazing atmosphere of tropical paradise with each and every detail refined. Fantastic food and wonderful service. Their spa is a bliss! And their Apsara Theater is a cherry on a cake to complete the experience. In reality it looks even better than on photos

Amazing hotel, breakfast simple but very good, location is just perfect, walking distance from night markets, quality of amenities is lovely, interior design is just beautiful. Only thing I didn't like was bathtub not working, everything else was just perfect, especially attention from staff, they put too much effort to make you feel comfortable. Best hotel in town

Beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly. They forgot we booked two rooms when we arrived but 10 mins later the issue was resolved. Welcome drink and hospitality was nice especially after a full say of traveling. The food was really good the one night we had dinner there. The bed is a bit firm. I didn’t mind but my friend did. Beautiful views from the room. No tv in the rooms tho lol I personally like to fall asleep to a little tv but truly no big deal. The gym however, was the definition of basic. Very minimal equipment but it’s better than nothing.

Very pleasant stay. Staff very accommodating, as vegetarian options are not much during breakfast menu the staff arranged to cook and served us vegetarian fried noodles, vegetarian fried rice with vegetarian soup.

Beautiful hotel, surprisingly quiet and peaceful in the center of Siem Reap, all the staff are very welcoming and service oriented. We will come back for sure!

The hotel is a tropical paradise within the city of Siem Reap. The cottages constructed in tropical style come with a great view of the gardens and the swimming pool. The service is excellent with a lot of attention paid to the details. The Apsara dance at the hotel is a league apart. A great stay.

Magnifique hôtel a l’architecture typique khmer. Chambres très confortables, petit déjeuner délicieux (carte au choix + une petite partie buffet car il fait trop chaud pour conserver tous les aliments dehors) Services impeccables et disponibles pour profiter d’un séjour touristique complet : taxi/ tuk tuk à la journée pour vous emmener sur les différents temples du site d’Angkor (taxi $40/ tuk tuk $18 ls journée, supplément $10 pour aller voir les temples du « grand cercle », supplément $10 pour arriver à temps pour le lever du soleil avec le miroir d’eau d’Angkor Wat), diner avec spectacles de danse apsara, diner gastronomique khmer.

Pas d airco sauf dans les chambres et encore…il faut demander une carte pour le laisser fonctionner quand on est absent. Manque de sièges autour de la piscine. Et des moustiques, des moustiques et encore des moustiques. Pas de moustiquaires autour des lits, pas de mesures , brulé parfum ou autres, pour limiter leur intrusion. Ils attaquent de jour comme de nuit. Nous nous sommes faits « bouffer « . Leur favorite étant le latin dans la salle de bain. Décevant pour un hôtel de ce standing. Par contre, personnel topissime
