錫耶納維普住宿加早餐旅館(Siena VIP B&B)

L'endroit convient quand on veut être au calme mais toutefois être à proximité des principaux points d'intérêts et des commerces. J'ai apprécié ma chambre (Fontegiusta) qui a une superbe vue sur la cathédrale san Domenico et la fontaine en contrebas. Le lit est particulièrement confortable. La salle d'eau pratique et bien agencée. L'accueil était bon. J'ai apprécié de pouvoir laisser ma valise à l'accueil pour continuer ma visite après le checkout et venir la récupérer plus tard. Le petit déjeuner gagnerait à proposer des produits de meilleure qualité et plus de choix.

General: -Being a B&B, there are check-in rules and staff only intermittently available, on site part-time -Cute, clean, bed more like US Queen, not many surfaces to unpack or put things on, lovely view -Centrally located with hilly but a**ospheric climbs to historic areas and/or restaurants -Hard to get a taxi to leave, not near the train station, some parking if pre-arranged, some bus lines nearby, right above cooking school 'diLella'

We couldn't even find the hotel from the street, because we had to get out of the car, take 5 escalators into the building, and then walk back down about 100 meters. We left all our luggage in the car. Some people's had an event with 1200 people in front of the hotel until 2am, and it was bright outside all night, so we couldn't sleep. Our trip was ruined. We are not satisfied and we left 7: 30 am . So we want money back.

All’accoglienza non abbiamo trovato nessuno nonostante avessimo avvertito che saremmo arrivati alle 20:30 siamo stati noi che in mezzo alla confusione del festeggiamento del palio siamo dovuti andare cercare la persona che doveva darci le chiavi Camera rumorosa, tutta la notte non si è dormito per i festeggiamenti

Christina should have communicated with us of a block party happening on our first night. Loud music, people partying outside our room till 2:00 am. Unable to sleep. None of this was told to us.

ATTENTION! Please do not book this property! You cannot check in if you arrive after 11PM! Owner asked me to call ******* for a refund, when ******* called the owner she refused the refund! Tried to txt her directly and she never responded! We were left with no hotel in the middle of Siena! If you have flights, trains or any delays and arrive after 11PM the owner will not let you in! I will file a report with the Italy tourism board for sure on this one! Stay away from this hotel!

Minha experiência foi razoável, a pousada fica fora do centro historico, não tem recepção, o café da manhã ficou abaixo da minha expectativa. Servido no quarto .

Siena VIP was in a quiet location, away from the busy areas NU still conveniently located and within walking distance of everything. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was always delicious and delivered at the exact time requested.

Modern facilities. Parking behind the apar**ent. Building is next to an escalator that lands you 5 minutes walk from the Duomo.
