Las habitaciones del hotel están bien, con una decoración moderna y todas tienen un pequeño balcón. La piscina se encuentra en la azotea del hotel, no es muy grande y la tienen más como una piscina de fiesta, que otra cosa. Preguntamos por el horario y nos dijeron que la abrían por la tarde. Nos quejamos porque queríamos darnos un baño por la mañana pronto y nos terminaron abriendo un rato. Reservamos este hotel porque en teoría estaba cerca del muelle de los barcos que salen a Koh Rong, pero han cambiado la salida a otro muelle de la ciudad y ya no salen los barcos de aquí. Aun así la ubicación es buena, junto a la playa de Ou Chheuteal y con posibilidad de llegar caminando también a la playa de Otres. Y también se puede llegar andando o en tuk tuk al centro. El desayuno fue bastante malo. Además de opciones de desayuno chinas, solo tenían una opción de desayuno americano, y ni siquiera incluía fruta. Buena parte de la ciudad está en reconstrucción, con muchos edificios alrededor del hotel abandonados.

很棒的別墅，很棒的游泳池。喜歡這個位置，因為它是如此安靜與和平。再加上旁邊的海灘。逃脫的最佳選擇，不適合那些正在尋找聚會的人。 WiFi信號有時會丟失。

總體來說是滿意的，整個島的景色很美，布局很私密，酒店的房間沒有那麼驚艷，勝在天然質樸和舒適放鬆。 服務很貼心，因為眼角發炎，酒店的醫生說到就到，立馬檢查了還給了葯。島上本地服務人工很樸實，看到總是笑臉相迎，各種招呼，有些還在努力用中文和你聊天。 基本三天在島上吃吃喝喝睡睡游泳出海釣魚浮潛，還是挺充實的。 就是衹有兩個餐廳，食物價格不低，如果你有一個中國胃，待三天以上還是有點辛苦的。

A fantastic experience made possible by the entire amazing staff of this wonderful resort. Tep and Dara were especially kind and generous with their time. Tep helped arrange an island hopping tour and even accompanied me on her day off. Dara took time out of his day to sit and chat with me each day while I ate breakfast, a nice touch for a solo traveler. Everyone was so kind and cheerful. They were all smiling all the time. I met the owner and immediately understood why. His kindness and care for the staff members was obvious in his interactions with them. That type of managerial style inevitability translates into cheerful and thoughtful service. I applaud this entire operation for their genuine care for each other and the guests. The attention to detail and care showed in the quality of the groundskeeping, housekeeping, and food service. (The breakfast service was incredible, especially the made to order noodles and egg station). I could go on but this place reall has to be experienced to be believed. And at this price point it is an incredible value for money. One more thing: the location at the very end of Otres Beach is perfect. The beach was very quiet and the traffic on the road was minimal. I wouldn’t want to stay close to the noisy dusty city center. This is way better.

設施：房間的配置非常齊全，冰箱、保險櫃等都有，放些水果，存些物品非常方便安全；環境：樓下燒烤店有4家，對吃貨來説選擇就多了，還有蛋糕店、燒餅等小吃店；服務：前台服務員都會中文，客房員工不太會説中文，對於酒店的一些問話，哪裡有商場賣等回答很仔細，還告訴你坐車的方法，必須給酒店的服務點個贊；衞生：真的乾淨，國內中端連鎖店，值得信賴：入住最舒服的還是酒店的床墊，睡覺好舒服，看了下標簽是喜臨門的，上面還有有一層乳膠墊，真的超級緩解坐飛機、坐車的勞頓。

The worst food experience in Cambodia , not only extremely expensive but a simple burger with no fries ( they ran out ) , the bun was of the lowest quality. A pizza in 40 mn , fastest service ever seen . The beach full of people with their loud speakers , but everyone seems happy ,.how human being are able to transform a paradise into hell so easily … There is no route connected to the rest of the island , so a way out is take a boat with significant extra money , to be able to escape for the whole day !! Make a gift to your mother in law if you really want to be nice with her !! So run away , a desperate moment and a rip off !
