聖馬丁皇家棕櫚希爾頓分時度假俱樂部(Hilton Vacation Club Royal Palm St. Maarten)

c'est la 2e fois que j'y vais et j'y retournerai, la chambre est grande, comfortable, le personnel est vraiment gentil et efficace... le seul, hic, mais ce n'est pas de leur ressort, c'est qu'il y a un bar bruyant tout a côté... sinon, si on a une chambre côté du canal, c'est parfait... La piscine est propre et la plage aussi... je le conseille sans problème...

Séjour incroyable dans cette hôtel. Tout était parfait sauf une chose. L’escalier en colimaçon qui était légèrement trop petit au niveau des marches et pour amener sa valise dans la chambre qui se trouve à l’étage. Avec une grosse valise cela peut être très compliqué mais aussi cette chambre n’est pas destiné aux personnes handicapées, sinon le séjour était extraordinaire

The Hotel and staff were excellent! The beach was excellent.Only problem we had was the Clubs nearby the Hotel kept us awake most nights since their music was extremely loud. Especially the beach club next door on weekends it was so loud both day and night that we could not stay on the beach. I love music but it was extremely loud and kept us awake most nights.It sounded like front and back of building were competing for who was the loudest. Aside form the loud music the staff and entire hotel was better than our expectation.

Great room, spacious comfortable & lovely view. Nice balcony Kitchenette good had essentials . Recommend ir & would return. Would not recommend the Cabana onsite restaurant. Food average, service terrible & insolent

My stay here was absolutely amazing and beautiful. It’s in the perfect location near everything which is walking distance. My room was nice clean and the view was breath taking. When I visit the island again I’m definitely staying here again. Book now you won’t be disappointed!!!

Wonderful location for easy access to many restaurants and markets for food. Plenty of room for our family of four. Very friendly people that worked there. Kenan, Alex, kimani and Kenisha at the bar and pool areas were very friendly and we enjoyed talking with them during our sta. They did their job very well. The only negative was cleaning of the room only once during our week stay and hard to exchange towels when needed in room(not pool/beach). However, Chana at the front desk, was very helpful and asked if we had gotten our towels exchange that we requested and followed up on that. She even remember my name. She was very pleasant and good at her job!

The room looks nice but the hotel location is horrible next to a live music bar that plays super loud almost every day until 1am so there is no way you can sleep. The facility it self is super basic with a very small an not clear pool located on a very not attractive beach. The service is super not friendly, they clean the rooms only once a week and the check out time is at 10am!!!
