GLo Best Western Dawley Farms in Sioux Falls

This is a new hotel and on the surface it seems great, however it became abundantly clear the level of quality and work that went into construction was subpar. In our room the bathroom door was the sliding barn door style. It did not have a lock. It also did not close properly and left a large gap on one side of the door so there was zero privacy. The shower door did not seal properly and the floor flooded anytime the shower was used. Upon check in, we were given room keys to an already occupied room. Fine, no big deal. They switched our room, but when we got there we discovered it had the wrong number of beds. It took another 30 minutes for the staff to find us a proper room. There was no sense of urgency at the situation, and zero apologies. I understand issues happen, but the lack of customer service was extremely frustrating.

I reserved a room with two queen beds. We got ate room key for the second floor. Went to our room couldn’t get in tried and tried. We went down three times to say it still wasn’t working. Finally the nice new lady that just started working came up tried with master key and she couldn’t get in. I will never stay at one of these hotels again. No compensation for the 20 minute standing in the hall for them to figure out what was going on the key to the first room was broken.we end up in a king bed because they had no more two queen rooms.my husband is handicap and we drove six hours here, we were hot tired. Very disappointed

Check-in staff was friendly, the whole place looked clean at first impression, including our room. We were quite impressed at first. However, on the first morning of our stay, someone had spilled an entire cup of coffee in the elevator -- the cups were still there. Staff wiped it with a towel but a day later, you could still see the splashes on the walls and corners of the elevator, so they never really cleaned the elevator. The room was nice enough and smelled good. We just weren't fans of the sliding barn door of the closet / bathroom, and there was no microwave in the room for reheating leftovers. Make sure you really like the person you're staying with, as there will be no odor or sound barriers whatsoever with that bathroom "door".

This seems like a fast build and zero attention to quality or detail. Wallpaper pealing, exterior doors do not shut properly, large glass shower door is out of alignment and can hardly shut. Employees were very nice, bed was comfortable, nice big TV, small fridge, hot breakfast was ok, just basic items.

For a new boutique hotel I expected more. Small room have done decor. No restaurant or bar. Nothing to write home about. To me just a regular hotel with a fancy facade.

Cold showers and stained or dirty pillow covers, room was not well lit and could hear everything outside and in the hall. Overall disappointment, i had much higher expectations for glo

No water pressure on the 4th floor, Toilet ran all night, major water damage in the bathroom.
