Clean and comfortable room. Safe area. Walked to Windsor/Eaton area. Bit if a walk, but easy to do. Staff were always pleasant.

I had no problems finding the hotel though parking nearby is awkward if your staying outside the hours of the shared parking. I'd recommend Herschel Car Park. The room was clean the bed was firm but comfortable and there were all the usual things Premier Inn provide, pillow choice, hairdryer, kettle. There weren't any usb sockets.

Stayed here as a family of four with two young children after we visited Legoland. The hotel was very easy to get to from Legoland despite we had no car, we only had to take one bus from the park straight to the hotel. The hotel is very close to Slough town centre with many places to eat out nearby. We had a great stay here and the children loved it.

Stayed in the hotel to visit Windsor and legoland with the kids, both 10-15 minute drive away. Very warm and friendly welcome in a modern and very clean building. Easy parking on Herschel Street, only cost £8 for 16+ hours parking! Very comfortable room with 2 pull out beds for the kids, lots of space to walk around. Breakfast was amazing with huge choice of options and kept fresh as you book your time slot to eat (kids eat free). Was surprised there was option to eat dinner in the hotel, basic menu but decent enough for a hotel and we all found something to choose. Made the stay very relaxing not having to go out for dinner, although plenty of restaurants nearby. The house wine was really good! Will definitely stay again!

I have stayed in many Premier Inns, this was by far the best! The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful from the minute we walked into the hotel. Close to the station and just 20 minutes from London make it an ideal base. We are already planning our next trip x

Have used Premier Inn many times before around the country but first time using this one. From the beginning, the page states it has free parking but then when you actually go to book it mentions that there is no parking. So, our group all parked at a multi-storey car park nearby. When we checked in and got in the lift, there is a sign about how to access the parking that's part of the hotel. So which is it? Also, what good is putting parking details in a lift once you would have already left your car? There isn't an obvious car park attached to the hotel. Check in was fine and the room was pretty much the usual acceptable Premier Inn standard. No one is going there for a luxury room stay. Bathroom was in a bit of a state though. Shower head fell off when adjusting the provided adjuster. Extractor fan struggling with the moisture as it was jammed with dust. Paint peeling off the walls. Terrible touch up paint job using a different coloured paint (forgot to get a photo) and so on. Communal bins in the corridor were stinky and allowed to overflow with takeaway containers etc both days we stayed here. The location of this hotel puts it in the vicinity of a homeless community who seem to often wander around out the front of the hotel. While not a problem for us, some people, especially solo travellers, might feel intimidated by the behaviour of some from that community. We had a language barrier with some of the restaurant staff also which was odd as our group was all English. Questions like 'We hadn't booked breakfast but we are staying here so can we pay for it now?" were very difficult to resolve. Also a situation about where are the cereal bowls meant to be if they are available (all gone) took about 5 minutes to be dealt with. The restaurant was quite dirty. Large, obvious chunks of food were on the carpet at our feet while we were eating, despite being offered to sit at that table as one that had already been cleaned... Both mornings we found the restaurant to be very hot. It was a hot weekend in August but there was little to no air being circulated by any means. Food was all fine though. Happy with the choices and the standards of the food. After our first night, we were woken by an early fire alarm that turned out to be a false alarm and cancelled after 2 minutes. No explanation given for this or staff at reception later on. Not even a courtesy sign left out. Always safety first, but if something that wakes you all up is a false alarm, an explanation is surely the minimum standard of service recovery? Upon check in, we were shown the hot drink supply station to take items back to your room. For our second night, we were told the hotel was completely out of long life milk. There was no way we could have milk - so no hot drinks. And the bar was closed at this time. So were neighbouring shops. However, the next morning we found that the staff had access to lots of the little milk pots and it was just the night manager didn't want to get
