AJ小屋(AJ Lodge)

很棒的住宿地點。很棒的房東，房間乾淨，設施齊全。度過了一個寧靜的夜晚。

Manager Jay ( on phone) and front of house staff ( in person) were friendly, efficient, professional and most helpful, Despite not intentionally looking to see, my late booked room was dirty (edges of floor coverings, ledges, skirtings, shower etc) I was quickly moved on speaking to Jay to a cleaner room although edges of floor coverings still dirty, net curtains and skirtings were dirty, dusty all of which Jay assured me he has taken up with cleaning staff. My menu stand base on my table was filthy, greasy, dusty, dirty with hair on it which made me feel quite queasy and I sent filmed footage to Jay. Cleanliness, hygiene ( rusted, dirty toilet brush set, dirt in showers, mould spots, dirty net in 2nd bathroom etc) let bathrooms down. I didn’t feel I wanted to use showers and didn’t. I really hope the cleaning staff rectify these so rooms live up to the customer service given. SM July 2023.

單人房的大小足夠用來睡覺。也是一個安靜的位置。夜間搬運工非常熱情而且有效率。房間裡只有一個水槽，廁所和淋浴間位於樓梯平台上，既乾淨又好用。

房間很髒，灰塵太多，窗簾掛在導軌上，浴室裡的燈光很糟糕，房間和入口處的地毯都破舊。 晚上有各種不同的汽車出現，伴隨著音樂關門聲和大聲的聲音，我感到非常害怕，我帶著我的孫子去看望他的父親，我的兒子週末，我的孫子睡在我兒子們的沙發上，因為我沒有辦法帶一個小孩來到那個噁心的房間。 我預訂了兩晚，但只住了周日離開的那一晚，接待處沒有人，所以不得不把鑰匙放在接待處的百葉窗下，我在周日預訂了另一家酒店。 我透過電子郵件管理器解釋了這一切，並要求退還我沒有住在那裡的那一晚的錢，但我沒有得到回應。 我從去年開始就一直存著我的Tesco優惠券並使用它們，真是浪費。 我真的認為************應該佔據這個可怕的地方，或者至少留在那裡親自看看。

Stayed twice over separate weekends. Unfortunately the weather was unseasonably hot. The rooms are not suited to handle that sort of heat. There's only a small desk fan in the room (single en suite) and just couldn't get the room to cool off. The showers in the en suites aren't good. One was electric and had poor pressure. The other was mains water, but again had poor pressure, even in cold full blast. The bed itself is reasonably comfortable. Both nights i was able to sleep well, considering the conditions. Breakfast is fine, and a nice selection, including tassimo coffee. The staff is friendly, and the manager Jay is very warm and welcoming. Cold, fresh water is available in the corridors from water tanks, which was fantastic on a hot night. Overall, if i had to stay again, I'd definitely consider the time of year and the weather, but the lodge is great value for money.

Room was not particularly clean, food was really not nice at all. Disappointing after seeing the 8.8 score on here as thought it was going to be a nice place.

Clean comfortable free wifi free parking and comfy beds

This is a very adequate budget accommodation. Rooms are clean and comfortable, parking is easy and breakfast fairly good.
