We are wondering about the experience and the review's we had read on Tripadvisor. It was about cleaning problems, lack of knowledge from the staff about English, no sommelier, hospitality and help with luggage, lifeguard attention, information t9hat the the spa is from 16 year. Love it but we're was the info here? We read about this in July and after the answer you have given it sounded like you were on the problems an will be addressing it immediately BUT NO. We were baffled about the lack of personal experience witch draged this vacation down. Very disappointed. So we are wondering.. what is it you have done? Training? Maby should go to other 5⭐ establishment for educationally purposes were you get help with luggage, valet parking, greeted with smiles, well-spoken English, spotless cleaning of all spaces, working ac, Wine knowledge, Fine dining, warm nuts instead of a bag. Information signs about opening hours so. We don't have to stand their and waist our time. So NON of that we stil didn't get. Why? What is the steps for you to fix all this? Because it wasn't from June to October!? Change the staffing? Updated information more frequently online? No.. so please tell me how the management have addressed this as the previous review's on tripadvisor are answerd?! This got long but felt the need to get this to be properly addressed for every disappointed paying consumer.
