蘇倫多希爾頓飯店(Hilton Sorrento Palace)

The staff was pretty rude. Was being called in the middle of the night because I extended for another night (booked through the app) and they thought another person was coming and staying with me. They didn't even confirm first of how many person was staying and directly said that they will bring me to the police? So rude. Also the wifi was not free. For the scale of that hotel they should've provide free wifi at least. Breakfast was so so. Location was pretty far from the piazza and no shuttle available. There's mini tiny bug on my bed.

Excellent hotel in Sorrento! My room was huge and spotless. Swimming pool is well maintained! I would love to come back anytime!

Everything is pretty good apart from the services in the restaurant.

The front desk staff were not welcoming. There was no courtesy or pleasantries when checking in/out. They all seemed to be tired of tourists!! The breakfast was nothing to note. It is a huge and nice hotel, but I will not stay there next time. The price was outrageously expensive. We were three adults, the room was newly remodeled, but very bare: 3 beds, a desk, a wardrobe with no doors, and bare floors/walls.

Not worth the money. We stayed here in February in the renovated area and it was amazing. This time it was really bad and too expensive for what we received. We will not return.

Bon hôtel, chambre et sdb spacieuses, vue sur le Vésuve, excellent petit-déjeuner très varié, resto Agrumeto agréable. L’extérieur de l’hôtel fait un peu bunker et mériterait d’être repeint.

We were rather disappointed with the hotel for the following reasons: lacking customer-focus, staff did not seem interested at all (besides one very nice person on the reception). Breakfast was a bare minimum for a hotel of this kind, just basics, no local products. Coffee from a capsule machine :( On the last day we found out you could order some a la carte stuff but nobody offered it nor was it advertised anywhere, we just noticed some other guests do it. the stuff at the breakfast was only pointing you to the table and that's it, their job was done. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool but it seems that they would prefer no one to actually use it. The opening times are from 12pm to 6pm (when I supposed most people are out sightseeing) plus you had to book it in advance so for example only one family use it at a time, for an hour ( why?). when we asked why the opening hours are so limited, the answer from the reception was that it's the management's decision. Otherwise the pool is big but I noticed a lot of little ants running around between the tiles, there is no lifeguard available on-site as well, generally not very relaxing or pleasant. If you're a family and looking for kids friendly hotels, honestly there is nothing specific for kids there besides small playground outside in the garden. No indoor playroom, no kids menu. If the weather is bad, this means no entertainment for the kids. Generally, overpriced hotel and not good value for money. wouldn't stay again.

Great location with a fantastic view of Vesuvius and surrounding town of Sorrento. Breakfast was very good and staff was very friendly and helpful. The Amalfi, Positano, and Ravello tour that they scheduled for us was great. Only issue is that the Wifi while strong needed to be reconnected every time your device went to sleep and there was a charge for it. Just add it to the nightly cost and don’t charge for it.
