河濱廣場公寓(River Plaza Apartments Brisbane)

Came for the views of the river, the city and the fireworks and was not disappointed. River Plaza is an icon and we loved our stay. Our family of six were really comfortable in the two bed, two bath apar**ent and could not get enough of the views from the open balcony. Tennis court and pool were an added bonus. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Will consider staying again for a special occasion.

If you’re looking for location - this is a great spot, overlooking the river and close to hospitals. But the appar**ent is dated, the pull out bed had a huge stain on the mattres, and was absolutely uncomfortable- not suitable for 2 kids and to sleep on. An additional charge of $140 for 2 nights was paid for 2 children, which gave us 2 flat sheets and 1 towel on the table. A used medicine cup in the cutlery drawer, wrappers left in the bin among the little things that amounted to this rating. Also- this building doesn’t have 2 x Queen beds, only 1x Queen bed and 2 single options.

The worst most disgusting place I have ever stayed. It was so bad we left after 1 night and went to the Novotel which was beautiful. Filthy, dated, broken furnishings, no air conditioning working, the place is a nigh**are. Never ever stay there

Fantastic view across the river to the city! Woollies was a convenient 5 mins walking distance for groceries and Southbank 5-10mins. Easy access to City Cats for river transport. Apar**ent was roomy and tidy, but disappointing regarding worn dirty carpets, broken vertical drapes, noisy water hammer in bathroom and old worn sofa. There was a fan in the second bedroom but no controls to use it which meant sleeping with the balcony door open which was very noisy all night.

Smooth after hours check in process. Clean room, kitchenette, appliances etc, comfy bed and magnificent views of river. Also close proximity to Train station, Mater and Children’s hospital, plus South Bank and associated gardens, walks and restaurants plus so much more Would totally recommend! :)

The view was spectacular. The appar**ents is dated, aircon noisey and sofa bed uncomfortable. Very grateful to be so close to the river and CBD wouldn’t want to stay more than a night.

The property has a magic location overlooking the Maritine Museum and Goodwill bridge, The view is unbeatable. The manager was very helpful and friendly. The property was great value for money. As always what you pay is what you get. It is showing its age yet was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was that an adjacent room occupant decided to disobey the property's rule not to smoke on the balcony.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apar**ent and it was amazing. Our view was excellent and the room was much larger than we expected, there was also a second bathroom which was a nice surprise. The building and our apar**ent was a bit on the older side and could probably do with a few improvements but for what you pay to stay here, it is more than reasonable. Considering the location, views and size of the apar**ent. We would most definitely stay here again next time were in Brisbane.
