萬豪鄉村別墅飯店(Marriott's Timber Lodge)

This was a nice hotel however we had a very very long walk from our room to the elevator and one night the elevators were down. We also had to pay for valet every night & there were no other parking options aside from valet . The room was large & had a washer & dryer which came in handy .

Maravilhosa!! Hotel ao lado da Gôndola de Hevanly, pela comodidade bastaria. Quarto espaçoso, um apartamento com tudo, inclusive lareira. Cama confortável, roupas de cama de ótima qualidade. Tem um restaurante ótimo e animado. Foi tudo perfeito para a nossa semana de esqui.

I’m a fan for life! The place is in an ideal location, and love the decor, the family friendly sleeping options, the stocked kitchens, and friendly staff. The only down side was lugging the luggage cart around. In some ways I liked having my stuff immediately, so even that was okay, but I saw some older folks (including myself) struggling. The valet was also good and bad, but maybe it will just take some getting used to. Maybe covered staging area vs. leaving keys in an open window when it might be snowing.

We loved the kitchenette and coffee maker. These things helped our early breakfasts. The pool was clean and there were plenty of clean towels. The pool temperature was too warm for me. The bathroom was clean but is showing signs of wear. The entry doors slam very noisy so the cleaning staff and other guests can be heard in the room repeatedly.

We reserved a 2 bedroom villa and we’re assigned the Sierra building, directly above Fire and Ice. It was large but quite old. The kind of old that comes with a smell and dirt that can’t be removed from cracks and crevices. Hotel desperately needs a remodel. We had a nice view from our room and loved being able to walk and enjoy Heavenly Village.

Our stay was average, the room could have been cleaner. When we arrived the cabinets in the bathroom where still dirty. The valet was pretty disappointing because staff seemed unorganized and took them over 20 minutes to grab out car even with prior requesting it. We would have to continuously ask the staff when our car would be brought out. Lastly the beds where SO uncomfortable, was unable to sleep the first night because it was almost like sleeping on the floor the beds where too firm. So if you aren’t a fan of really firm beds I’d stay away. I had a horrible back ache the next day. Overall an average stay.
