This was a very nice place to go would recommend to anyone

The room was fine. However the restaurant, if you can call it that was terrible. There was one person who had just been hired and he was untrained and had no idea of how to make the food or charge correctly. It took almost an hour to get 2 salads that were inadequate to say the least. Very frustrating and disappointing.

We have been going there for 7 years but very disappointed this year. The cups had something white and gross on it, there was spit from toothpaste on the sink that I needed to wash myself. There was hair in the bed that was too short to be mine. I didn’t say anything about the first thing I noticed because of Covid and you’re probably short staffed but unfortunately this will be our last year coming here.

Loud kids running everywhere, hot tub was advertised but closed off when we got there, no one at bistro counter to serve dinner or breakfast

Was so amazing.. we went for a funeral stay and everyone was so kind and welcoming, the Christmas decorations was just enough, the card on the stand was thoughtful! We will be back. The food at the cafe was yummy.

Very helpful friendly staff. Main lobby very comfortable atmosphere. Enjoyed fireplace 2 evenings. Room layout nice spacious and very clean. HaD a great stay

We stayed here to catch an early flight in the morning. Very conveniently located, friendly service, and no complaints.

We stay here frequently and the staff is always friendly, welcoming and professional. We truly appreciated the extra steps they took this weekend to make it safe and secure during the manhunt in Lewiston.

The hotel is fine, but the Starbucks cafe was pretty awful. Service was extremely slow, and either the staff didn't know the recipes or didn't have the ingredients for the menu items, as items were missing from the given descriptions. This was true at 2 meals.
