Having a full service hotel is FANTASTIC!! laundry is free and the machines are kept up. Even a phone line designated to tell you what is free or in use. Breakfast will get you through your morning and the staff is 100% on point!!! All rooms have the kitchen basics which is so sooo helpful

OMG!!! if you ever have the opportunity to stay at a Larkspur Landing pay the extra 10 bucks, bring your dog pet friendly all of them all the Larkspur Landing‘s are pet friendly, and make sure you get in on that free breakfast. Great breakfast can’t say nothing bad they got hot food they got cold food. They got muffins and pastries and bread and jam and oa**eal and all the stuff you want for breakfast almost They get a 9.5 for breakfast only because they did not have biscuits and gravy. The hotel is perfect. They keep it up keep inside an out in the ground everything about that is a Great Hotel I would stay there above a Hilton or Radisson or a Hyatt not a grand Hyatt but a regular Hyatt I just can’t say enough stay there yes please you will not be disappointed at anything, love love love it and you will too.

I did a back to back check-in the previous morning, and a staff member came knocking on my door around check out, woke me up and told me to call front desk. I explained I did a back a back check in that morning, and he told me to call front desk. I went back in my room and called front desk. The same staff member I spoke to in front of my room answered and told me that he notified “them” that I did a back to back check in.

It was away from a lot of stores but it was great

La propiedad está muy sucia, el desayuno está muy básico, no limpian las habitaciones nunca y cuando nos acercamos a la recepción no nos dieron solución. Pésimo servicio y antihigiénico Las toallas estaban sucias Jamás regreso

Apres 2 mois d hôtels avec nos enfants, je crois que c est le pire hitel que nous ayons eu. Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel 2 nuits avec nos 2 enfants. Sur notre réservation il etait bien indiqué pour 4 personnes. Nius avions choisit cet hotel car il proposait une cuisine dans la suite et un petit dejeuner gratuit... Alors commençons par le positif : c etait propre, le lit de notre chalbre etait confortable et la mise a dispositin de machines et sèche ligne est fitzlent appréciable. Tout le reste maintenant. Nos enfants devaient dormir sur le canape lit, mais nojs n'avions nos oreiller, ni draps, ni couvertures en plus pour ce lit. J ai demandé a 2 reoeise a l'accueil pour les avoir, a notre arrivee dans l'après-midi et un peu plus tard et on ma reoondu à ce moment la que les équipes étaient parties et q ils n'avaient pas la clé et ne pourraient peut etre pas nous donner de draps. Apres avoir insiste ils sont alle vir derrier et on reussi a me trouver un drap un oreiller et une couverture, pour le reste on est débrouillé... Meme probleme pour la cuisine, tout etait reduit au minimum : 2 assiettes, 2 fourchettes, 1 poele, 1 casserole... ce n est meme pas confortable quand on est 2 car il faut laver a chaque fois ! Bref on a du utiliser nos couverts et assiettes.... Le plus drole etait le petit déjeuner, en guise de nourriture 2 bagels se battaient en duel, il y avait des cereales mais pas de lait. Les presentoirs etaient vides.... En gros je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

This room was booked months in advance. When we arrived front desk was friendly but failed to verify if room was ready. We went up to the room and it was extremely dirty. Piss on the toilet, hair on the counter, towels and blankets all on the floor. The cleaning service manager came and verified the condition of the room and told the front desk about thier mistake. They just apologized and said they would clean it right away. We were stuck waiting almost an hour for them to have our room ready and all they offered was their "gym" as an option for us to wait. I kept asking to speek to a manager about the huge inconvenience and they would just give me the run arround amd said they would get back to me. Our key stopped working the next morning and had to ask for a new one. I asked once again about the manager and again gave me the runaround. Right before we left they said they would give me a$50 credit which i still havent seen in my account. Still havent heard from the manager either. Worst place we have ever stayed at for sure. And dont waste your money on the vending machine. Itll eat it up and they wont refund you.
