奇爾沃斯莊園貝斯特韋斯特飯店(Best Western Chilworth Manor Hotel)

We arrived at the hotel was given our room and when we walked in it had not been cleaned we complained to reception, they had no cleaners to do it so we had to wait 45mins for other staff to do it. The reception manager apologised and gave us a free drink but this is not what we expected from a well known company completely ruined our relaxing day.

Lovely place. Lovely grounds. Very clean pool. Sauna and steam room. Very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable. We had a very comfortable and stress free night.

Beautiful grounds! The entrance to the hotel is amazing. It’s in a fantastic setting, lovely to walk around the grounds aha explore. The room is slightly dated in comparison to other hotels, however the bed is comfy and you have a tv and hot drink facilities. Pool, jacuzzi and steam room were a nice touch.

Visited for one night room was ok not like ones in the photos very old fashion while photos showed more modern rooms

There are lovely garden , You can spent a day with children car is nesssary Very far to anywhere

Lovely hotel although the room we stayed in was dated and tired. Most of the Spa facilities were not working when we stayed 30th June, with the exception of the pool and hot tub. The attitude of staff waiting on tables and in the bar was poor and our evening meal took 2 hours to complete due too the length of time between courses. The dining Manager did issue us with a refund and was very pleasant when we complained.

Nice hotel, lovely breakfast with lots of choice. However, the Saturday night there were two big events on until midnight. Out room was right between these two events and the noise was unacceptable. I complained to reception and was told there was nothing they could do. You would think they would have put a family away from the parties(?) There was buffet plates and glasses left outside for days afterwards which was also a bit of a let down.

Reception was not the best, needed ask multiple persons for help with bags. Room furthest from hotel with road view. No air and stifling within room and no cooling. Bed was exstreamly uncomfortable full of springs and very wornout. Hotels remedy was to place a duvet cover under sheets! Cracked wash basin, and poorly cleaned with hairs still in basin!. Breakfast included, low quality, poor service, most staff not interested in clients. Used the BW Chilworth Manor based on Paultons Park offers. I would not recommend this hotel for any families visiting Paultons Park. 3 nights stay was not value or pleasant at all. We Should have used the Premier Inn next to the park instead.

Booked for Head,Neck and Shoulder massage which I had to pay for before my treatment. I then asked the receptionist who was doing my treatment, she said it was her and at no point did she introduce herself. There was no effort put into the massage at all. I mentioned that I needed my shoulders worked on and no effort was put their either. The toilet was disgusting and had used paper tissue in an over flowing bin. So I would definatly never go here again. From an unsatisfied customer from Romsey.
