斯波坎唄盟飯店(Baymont by Wyndham Spokane)

We paid in advance for the room. On the hotel check in policy the hotel on fine print stated that we can check in latest by 6 am the following day. At 3:15 the hotel tagged us as a no show contrary to their contract with us. We were turned out into the street in Spokane even if they had already received our funds in advance. They have declined to give us a full refund for what was their fault. We spent 10000 usd on trip.com per month and would caution other business travels to be aware that their actual actions are different from stated and wanted to share our experience of being put out in the street. We don’t want other people to go through the same. I’ll do we did not use the room at 3:15 AM after almost 20 hour journey from Houston to Seattle by train from Seattle to Spokane arriving to get into the hotel to rest and shower denied. I don’t want anything else to go through the same experience it was terrible.

Alexa was very helpful, and came and removed the dirty towels and big gob of hair that was in our tub on arrival. The area was a little sketchy with homeless people hanging around in the lobby and at breakfast. No tea or cups or napkins at breakfast, the duty lady found cups. Rest of the hotel was clean and modern.

Rundown area of town. Lots of homeless people around. Made you concerned for your vehicle. Older hotel made up with lipstick. The so-called breakfast included. I would not call breakfast. We ended up going across the road for a better meal. Towels in the room were dirty. The floor needed to be cleaned better. Good thing it was only one night.

The room was nice and clean. My family loved the balcony. Great customer service. We spent most of the day out dining and sight seeing. At the end of the day it was nice to have a clean room to unwind. Being a family of 5. I feel that the price was great for our budget. It was convenient to be downtown. I feel like everything was with in walking distance. However, this is coming from a family who enjoys walking.

A fire alarm was foing off at 9 pm for over 20 minutes. Homeless people were at the breakfast making a bunch of food, nodding off from being high, and wiping their noses all over their hands then grabbing everything in sight including forks etc etc. Disgusted knowing that was allowed, especially since I had my kids with me. I refused to let my kids eat there after that.

Not too shabby,... newly remodeled... pretty good.Sorta...contemporary. modern look.Very Nice hotel... everything you will need here for a night or two... just a little shady area,.. but lots of places to eat at in the area...

Not much I liked. The bed wasnt clean. Had hairs and pee stains in the bed and had to change our own bedding once we got clean bedding do to only one person on the entire staff. Had to convince my wife to stay there and would of cost tons to get another room somewhere else because of events that weekend. Continental breakfast was frozen microwave sandwiches ,pancake machine didnt work, no juice and the coffee was horrible.

So disappointed to come into a room where the towels had not been changed out from the previous guest. I found hair in the bed and the bathroom floor was black with dirt. The staff brought new towels but only brought 1 bath towel and 3 bath mats. They were pleasant but I won’t be going back there .
