The rooms were nice. But worked amd drove all day got here at midnight. Had no water. Got moved to a different room and had no water in yhe shower. The only person working supposedly coulnt call no one. And was really rude to my wife and i. And on top of that only dicpunted us o ly 20 dollars for everything we dealt with. Wont stay again.

Came down to Spokane from Canada for my 10 year old son’s hockey game. The people in the room next to us and across the hall were having parties in the rooms and hall. People were sharing room keys and a stream of randoms was coming in and out of the hotel building. I called the front desk 6 times between 10pm and 12:30am. Security was ineffective and only called police closer to midnight. I knocked on the neighbours door at 12, when they opened it there was 25ish people in there. Drinking and probably *****, the people looked like 40 year old ravers, some shirtless and with face paint. They said they had a right to party, they were celebrating. I told them they did not have a right to keep 2 floors of a hotel awake, especially children. The police finally came at 1am. When I called the next day (Sunday) to talk to a manager I was told I would get a call or email. They also told me that Security can’t just stay around to quiet a party because they have many other duties to do during the night. So far nothing from the hotel, no call, no email. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel anywhere. Stay far away. There are safer, less expensive options with better security. Sharing key cards and admitting 20-30 random people off the street is dangerous. Security was slow and did not really care. Take your family elsewhere.

They were hosting a drag queen party and our room was right by the bar they had the event. I was traveling with my children and the music as well as the drag queens were using loud profanity. As so the party was allowed to continue until midnight. I had to sign a paper At check in that stated quiet time started at 10 pm . The music was so loud my kids nor I could sleep. When I contacted the front desk they asked if I wanted a par of earplugs.

The mattress, pillows and linens were horrible. My bath towels were so thin I could see through them. I dried off with a hand towel instead. The pillows felt like the old pillows my grandma has owned for 40 years and I swear the mattress had a slant to it. Oh and the sound of the AC was so bad I had to put on the TV to drown it out so I could sleep. I was very disappointed.

Hotel had a convention and the attendees decided to party until 2:00AM in the whole corridor. Staff lost control and as such were unable to get much rest that evening. Unfortunate and unacceptable

The fan was really loud. Couldn’t sleep until I unplugged it from the wall. Doubt that I’ll ever stay here again. I’m sure they must have known about the fan

Decent stay but not as good as the photos. The walls are paper thin and the remodel was not done well. Cheap property... I will not stay here again.

The sheets looked dirty, we found hair under the bedding.
