斯波坎百年飯店(Centennial Hotel Spokane)

The room we received was not the room that was featured in the pictures. The ventilation in the room was little to none and the temperature in the room never got below 75 degrees regardless of setting the thermostat lower for multiple days, otherwise a fairly enjoyable stay.

Booked Deluxe King Room 5 months ago, requested highest floor possible and away from the elevator. When I checked in it took an hour to check in and they over sold the hotel - I was put into a dark dingy room in the basement and right across from the pop and ice machine. People would walk by the window at ground level and knock and laugh and were so loud all night. The worse nights sleep ever. The hotel was musty down there and the check in staff was very rude. I would not recommend this place.

Great location for touring downtown Spokane. Room was clean and spacious but with few amenities. Poor lighting design and plug locations. Only one overhead light in sitting area and no lamps. Sitting area and sleeping area on one switch for overhead lights. Comfortable bed. Large shower with floor coming apart. Ok if you don't mind stepping on pebbles.

We booked a deluxe king room months in advance and when we got there they put us in a two queen room. Front desk told us they were sold out and two queens was all that was left, but weeks leading up to our stay we received emails asking if we wanted to pay for an upgrade to River or pool side king or an executive king.

The Hotel itself is nice. But there was toilet paper and uren still in the toilet. When I first got there it smelled like chemicals. The bed was comfortable. But the staff is horrible!!! Very judgemental and rude.

We love staying at the centennial. We continue to come back because of location and a nice property. The gated parking lot helps us feel like our car is protected. The pool is amazing and a always where we spend most of our time. We will be back

Hotel seems like it could use some upgrades. The refrigerator in the room was making noise all night and the whole place smells a little old and smoky/mildew.

Check in and out and customer service was good. Rooms felt a little dated and there was a down comforter and no sheet and it was entirely too hot in the room as a result.

The trail was nice but to many ************. Rooms were tiny, smelly and outdated.
