Pool was closed for renovations..... the entry lock to the room kept malfunctioning so it would not always automatically lock when exiting, had to play with the lock to get it to engage. Although the bed was made and sheets appeared clean, a pony tail tie was found at the bottom of the bed in the sheets.

I believe that this hotel is having staffing problems. Twice we requested clean towels. Clean towels weren't delivered either time within six hours, and only then after we made additional requests. The beds are squeaky and breaking down, and need replaced. The side entrance door wasn't locking and the light above the door was out.
We have stayed at this hotel at least six times in the past ten years. It has definitely slipped in the past couple years.

Air conditioner was not operating properly. Management knew when we registered. Maintenance had parts on order to repair. Still gave us the room with no discount stated the reason why is we booked with ******* no discounts or refund was available!

Disappointed that a businesses would not accept cash that's just not right this is still America and cash should always be accepted. Second the room was beautiful but very uncomfortable plus I think the pillows may not have been changed because I have now got pink eye in the eye that was closest to the pillow. But the staff was very friendly over all.

Although the staff were amazing!
Our room was as clean as it could get, but there were stains all over the coach, bed was uncomfortable, Shower drain, did not drain well. I think an update to this hotel is needed!

In town for a musical at the John Legend Theatre. Convenient to all the places we needed to be. Nice property and good value.
