Nice place close to everything

Cool fiberglass shower with big clear plexiglass door and no shower curtain to mess with, kind of like a space pod (privacy door from room). A lot of nice options on the Moen shower head, plenty of hot water. Right off of University Parkway and close to I-15. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast options and staff working at it. All entrances locked and cameras everywhere, parking lot very well lit - felt safe. Not the Taj Mahal but a great room and stay for the price so thank you and your staff.

The threshold at the bathroom has the carpet tact with the nails exposed. Both my wife and I suffered a a puncture wound on the heal of our feet. Throughout our stay we had to throw a towel over the nails to prevent any further injury. Fortunately the puncture wounds haven’t caused any infection. The worst part of the stay was that we had a misunderstanding on what day we were supposed to check out. My wife and I thought we had a reservation through Saturday morning. We had no idea that the reservation actually ended on Friday. I got to know The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in and when we had other discussions about as well the reason for our stay was to attend byu education week. On Friday morning I left the motel around 8 am. My wife left the motel at 10:15 am on Friday with both of us having the expectation of returning to the motel that evening and checking out the following day. Before my wife left the motel that Friday morning the maid came to the room and asked my wife if she needed more towels as though the maid expected us to stay another day. The maid said nothing to support the thought of us vacating the room that day., The first clue we had about the need to check out on Friday was When the front desk called my wife that day at 1:20 pm and she couldn’t take the call at that moment, because we were in a meeting that required everyone to turn their cell phones off. That was the only attempt the motel made to be

I was very upset/sad that the pool and hot tub were not working. I felt ripped off. That was one of the main reasons I chose your hotel. I really didn’t like that in the lobby it smelt like wet dog. My daughter has an allergy. While eating breakfast I was annoyed to see your employee bring out her bird right there where we were eating. I liked that I was able to do some Landry . All in all I enjoyed my stay.

This is a no frills hotel. Pool was out of service and air conditioning not working in the lackluster gym during our 4 day stay. Front desk was friendly. Rooms clean enough. Must go to front desk for towels, toilet paper etc. No maid service unless staying longer than 4 days. If you want a less expensive, no frills hotel, this will do.

So I stayed at the Sleep Inn in Provo on my way to Phoenix. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. My room was nice and clean. I stayed in 202 and it was perfect. I was traveling with a service dog and couldn’t have been happier. I would recommend this property to anyone. I will definitely stay here again. Unfortunately I left before the free breakfast was served so cannot comment on it.

Stayed a week. Had a rough start with the TV and Phone not working but was remedied timely. Keys were also an issue but got resolved timely. Hot tub and swimming pool were excellent only to be outdone by the breakfasts each morning.

The Sleep Inn was great. Friendly staff, super clean. Continental breakfast was great. Small down fall , at no fault of Sleep Inn. Location was in not favorable part of town. Large amount of homeless in the parking lot.
