青蘋果住宿加早餐旅館(Green Apple Bed and Breakfast)

The owner, Adrian, was amiable and very attentive. However, the room (Pacific Rose) we were given had a very musty smell. When we opened the door, we thought it was the initial smell of the room that had not been opened very often, so we decided not to make a fuss and try to enjoy the stay, especially since we came in the evening. We booked the room for two nights. However, the smell was so strong we couldn't sleep. I decided we could not remain in this condition any longer, and I booked a hotel for the next night. I was wondering how safe it was for us to spend another night there, especially since we had a child with us. We mentioned to Adrian about the smell in the room, and he was aware of the situation. Nevertheless, we were given the room. Adrain has taken what we said, so I hope this will change for future guests. Some might say that is why we did not ask for a different room and stayed another night. I would answer why we have not been offered a proper room in the first place if the owner was aware of the condition of the room, and was still happy to invite paying guests. Anyway, I hope the room will be sorted, as Adrian was a perfect host. However, I think for us it is the last stay in any B&B, and we will use hotels in the future.

Great B&B! Clean and great location! The owners are lovely and extremely helpful. Bus stop is right by the B&B so access to St Ives and other neighboring areas is very straightforward! Fully recommend if you’d like to visit Carbis Bay or St Ives.

Lovely clean room, plenty of space for our clothes for a 5 day stay. Fab view out to sea. Recently refurbed bathroom. Plenty of choice for breakfast, Adrian even got in extra stuff for me as I'm gluten free, and generally couldn't do enough for us. Very handy for buses and little supermarket only a few doors away.

Excellent and friendly service, room was abit too small though and weather was not so good as expected.

Very good- the breakfast room awesome with cute quotes on the walls. The the sweet tea pots 😃 Breakfast with a lot of alternatives that i think suit both Scandinavians and people's who wish a sweeter touch. I will come back!

What a lovely b&b. The host is really great.gives alot of information and is very welcoming. Bed was lovely and comfy and rooms nice and clean. Breakfast is quite alot of choice aswell. Would definitely stay here again close to chip shop and a lovely tapas place. If you want to eat out definitely book a table.

We stayed in the ground floor 3-bed room which was bright and comfortable. the room had it's own exit to the small garden. Bathroom smallish but clean and updated with shower. The room had a good sized table and chairs if you wanted to have a meal there. Host Adrian was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental style with lots of choices of bread/waffles/pancakes/crumpet, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, youghurts, cereals etc. Location was perfect - 6 minutes with bus into St Ives and 3 diferent buses on the road right outside. We did not have a car but parking was also available close to the B&B. Safe and calm residential area with 2-3 restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. A big Tesco about 10 minutes walk was handy too.

The owner of the house was considerate. It felt like home. The breakfast was perfect.

Adrian was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location and relaxing environment.
