place is old and ac was broken when i stayed here.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés nous notre chambre était au 3 la plus loin la carte ne fonctionnait pas j’ai dû aller à la réception 3 fois pour finalement me faire changer de chambre!! Il y avait une odeurs dans la nouvelle chambre! Ha oui pour handicapés et pas si propre, ils ont mis un pot de crème à maïs déjà utilisé. Le déjeuner était excellent! Seule bonne note !!

This is the second time I have come here ! The staff is really great and the hotel is very nice . The shopping is excellent ; I’m Honestly I’m thinking of living here.

Great room for the price! Lots of great dining options nearby. Wish they offered complimentary water bottles like other Hilton properties, but not here. Breakfast was really nice too.

Location is very good. Rooms very clean and comfortable. I would recommend an update/refresh in the bathroom area. Rusty fixture should be replaced. Sometimes when the shower was in use, there was a noise inside the wall. They didn’t do the housekeeping as it was supposed. I called the front desk and they brought the towels that we needed. Breakfast was good and a lot of options.

Overall…it was a nice hotel. There was a strong odor in one of our bedrooms.. I sprayed Lysol, cut on the ceiling fan, nothing helped. If we had not arrived later than we intended I would have had to ask to switch suites.

The lobby looks clean & nice but the hallway and rooms look weathered and the rooms have an odor. I requested to be moved from one room to another due to a moldy musty smell but I didn’t help. I believe it may be from old carpet and/or filter from the air units in the rooms. Bathrooms could use some updating too.

Awesome stay. Always have been. Staff very cordial and always accommodating. Breakfast hot. Coffee available all day. Front desk great. What more can you ask
